Spacious, quiet and calm - just what you need after a long day at the parks or convention - with a luxurious seating area and 65" Smart TV, a fully-equipped kitchen open plan kitchen with granite work tops and breakfast bar has everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The cook can chat with people perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area. There's a counter height dining table for 4 and also seating at the bar. The den offers a quiet area to work at a good size desk and there's a comfortable futon sofa bed for 1 person.
BED & BATH
This spacious home offers 3 large bedrooms. The master suite has a fabulous King bed with new, pillow-top mattress, 46” Smart TV and a huge en-suite bathroom with double vanity, large walk in shower and screened toilet. The guest wing has a king room with 37” HDTV and a further room with 2 double beds and 37” TV plus a full family bathroom. The living room leads to a large furnished balcony where you can enjoy a cool drink on warm evenings. Pack light! There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room in the unit.
RESORT AMENITIES
Guests have full access to all the resort amenities. There is a heated large pool with an infinity edge, a kids water playground, a full-service Tiki bar that serves drinks and food, and a large Jacuzzi tub that can accommodate 16 guests. The clubhouse has a gift store, gym, games room, theme park attraction ticket booth, and business center. There are also Movies at the Pool on certain evenings during the week. The resort also has two areas where there are charcoal BBQ grills and a picnic area with tables. There is a playground and multi-sport court. There are several Electric Vehicle Chargers on each side of the resort. We are a gated resort with plenty of free parking and 24-hour security on site.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the new Epic Universe theme park and the Orlando Convention Center. We are only minutes to all the other local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and Sea World. We are right on Universal Boulevard and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. At the entrance of the community off of Universal Boulevard and Lake Cay Place, you will find a Walgreens Pharmacy, Slidders Pizza, Smallcakes Cupcakery, Moma's Cafe, and Half Barrel's Beer Project, which are all within walking distance. Next to the property in the Lake Cay Commons, is a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, a Barber Shop, and several restaurants including Beth's Burgers, Sushi Hut & Grill, The Diner, NYPD Pizza, Ternerita Steakhouse and China Tea (take out only) and Chipotle. This property is one of the cleanest I've stayed in, dust no where to be found! The couches and beds were extremely comfortable. Very close to everything! I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, this apartment is GREAT. the location is easy to get to and centrally located, the apartment is very large with plenty of room for our large family. The furniture is new and modern, the beds comfy and everything was very clean. I gave it 4/5 bc of the little details that i think the property manager should look into. For example, there is no hair dryer anywhere on site (this is a basic amenity people expect to have), the trash bags were the wrong size and didn't fit the trash can by at least half (inconvenient), there was ONE tiny (think Barbie size) soap in the bathroom, no spatula in the kitchen, no salt, and while there were extra pillows which came in handy but no pillow cases for these. In short, great place to stay and we would like to come back assuming the little details can get covered to make our stay more convenient.
