The facilities and the cleanliness of the place was perfect. The roof terrace is a great spot to chill and take everything in. The location is perfect for peace and quiet also accessibility to shops, cafes, restaurants and so many of the nice spots in the vecchia are all within good walking distance.
The only thing that sometimes I didn’t like was just the amount of Stairs you had to go up if you had forgotten something (which is my own fault yes 🤣). Not a problem for me but can understand it being a lot more difficult for others.

The location in the old town of Bari is sensational. One the one hand you step out and could watch the sun rise over the adrian sea. Stepping to the other side you are lost in the maze of old small cobblestone streets leading you astray. Fantastic place to wonder and get lost. Great restaurants all around, difficult to chose from.
The house is very small indeed. Meaning you have 4 levels. Entry, Bathroom and Kitchenette, Bedroom, Study. I've only used 3 levels and you don't want to be too drunk to go up or down those stairs. Nothing for older people. Nothing for kids either. I left my big trunk on the entrance level and only took the essentials upstairs.

Lovely traditional house. Nice roof terrace. Lovely views..very clean.
Fine for us..but if you have mobility issues the stairs are very steep. But that's all part of the charm.

Good location. Clean. Nice views.
Stairs very steep and narrow, which stopped connection between the 4 floors eg. Not able to carry drinks or food up 2 floors to roof terrace and going to the toilet during the night was difficult.
The kitchen has little equipment; 3 plates+ cups+ glasses, 1 fork+ 2 spoons. No bowls for our breakfast. Hob / cooker not usable as 'gas is not connected!'.
