As you enter, you are welcomed by a sophisticated hallway adorned with botanical wallpaper and a gold-framed console, setting a tone of refined relaxation that continues throughout the property. The heart of the home is a luminous open-plan living area, finished in cool stone flooring and punctuated by high transom windows that invite natural light to dance across the room. Perfect location! Easy 10 minute walk to Bari Vecchi, 2 blocks to water and a convenient market just down the street. Nice space to ease into new time zone and recover from jet lag. Great restaurant/bar directly below primary bedroom window with evening noise so bring earplugs then no bother! Small Roof terrace is not directly assessible from the apartment but just outside front door. Very good value for price though could benefit from a little TLC particularly bathroom shower. Management company very responsive and provides great information with links for sightseeing, restaurants, etc.
