Very large, modern, and comfortable. And has a full kitchen.
Convenient to the train station.
It only has a few apartments so there is no front desk. So you have to coordinate your check-in through Whatsapp. But they were very good about communicating the day before to arrange that.

Un lugar muy acogedor, bien ubicado, las personas que no tendieron fueron muy amables y gestionaron todo de una forma eficiente.

Very modern apartment, close to station and bus station. If transport is your issue, this is a great choice. Very clean apartment with everything you need. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Area seems a bit seedy, so I didn't walk about at night. A bit far from the stunning heart of old Bologna.

Location and clean and great facilities and laundry was very convenient . Checkin was great and good information provided by owner.
The elevator was small and felt a little uncomfortable
