Casper & Caroline were a great host. Apartment’s location is perfect. It is in the heart of centre. There are everthing in the house what you feel like own apartment. When you out the apartment you find lots of pubs, restaurants and cafes. Thanks for everything.
Toilet and bathroom are a little bit small.

Hervorragende Lage, ein schöner Wohnbereich und ein bequemes Bett,
reibungslose Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, immer sehr schnelle Antworten auf Fragen.
Es ist eine große Terrasse zum Innenhof vorhanden, die wir jahreszeitlich bedingt aber nicht genutzt haben.
Der große Schwachpunkt der Wohnung ist der Sanitärbereich:
Das Bad inklusive Waschbecken, Toilette und Dusche ist kleiner als 1,5 m², das Waschbecken haben wir in der Tat in der Küche genutzt, weil der Raum im Bad zu eng ist.
Es besteht kein Zweifel, dass das Bad sauber geputzt war, dennoch waren die Fugen gerade im Fußbodenbereich sehr verschimmelt, auch der Duschvorhang wies in unteren Bereich Schimmelspuren auf.
Die Spiegel im Badezimmer waren teilweise blind, einer war kaputt.
Der Duschabzieher war verrostet und hatte Schimmelspuren.
Leider war auch der Geruch im Badezimmer noch vorhanden, die Drainage lief gut ab.
Aus unserer Sicht ließen sich die Probleme leicht beheben. Dann hätten wir bestimmt eine sehr viel höhere Punktzahl geben können. So störte es einfach.
Bei Anreise lagen auf der Außenterrasse auf dem Boden ungefähr zehn Zigarettenkippen verteilt .

Ottima posizione per visitare la città praticamente in centro con negozi, pasticcerie e ristoranti vicino. L'appartamento era pulito e luminoso con il minimo necessario per due persone ed un letto comodo. Facile accesso al check-in
Un po' rumoroso a causa dei locali sottostanti e purtroppo il bagno era veramente piccolissimo con un lavandino microscopico.

The bed was comfy and the linen was good.
The accommodation is close to the metro and a supermarket.
The comms with the owner was quite good and he was good at fixing a few of the things we reported.
The property is above a loud bar and restaurant. So it’s like having the noise in your room and it goes on into the morning.
The shower is part of the bathroom so it’s like being in a very small cupboard, it’s mouldy around the tiles and the drain smell. It’s so tiny.
The back terrace wasn’t nice as it was dirty, is overlooked by a very close office block and it looks out onto an area used by the restaurant staff with their bins and produce on show.
There were a few dirty items which the owner quickly sorted.
