Location, right next to the parking which is free from 20.30-08.30 and meanwhile charged 2 eur per hour. Also, it's in Bari Vecchia (the best part of the city to be located, it cannot be more central then this) and they give you nice looking huge apartment for half the price in that area due to a few tiny things they could fix (fridge should work better, 3rd bed could be more comfy but the double bed is great!).
Overall I'm confused why they don't fix a few things and charge much higher price! It's not the most clean app you'll see but it's not dirty at all so comments are overreacting.
While they might answer slower they will answer and they will give all info you might need. It looks exactly like on images they provided. Check-in is quick with the box and they should only add that the door is in the left corner when you get to the 3rd floor. It's and old building and very authentic stay.
I would give lower score (maybe 7) if they would charge you more but with this price it's really a fair deal!

La posizione ottima, in Bari vecchia, comoda.
La camera carina e spaziosa ma senza luce centrale, c’è solamente una lampada a stelo accendibile con un pulsante sulla stessa, essendo la sola luce è molto forte, la non presenza di luci sul comodino non consente la lettura, c è un solo comodino. Il bagno senza finestre, la doccia non ha un supporto alto per essere appesa, ha un gancio ad altezza petto. Un po’ scomoda!

Shower: "The shower consists only of a hose, with no shelf or space for toiletries."
Toilet: "The toilet flushing mechanism is a bit tricky to use."
Kitchen: "The hob is cracked (even if functional), and the kitchen overall shows a lot of wear and tear."
Lighting: "The bedroom is very dimly lit—we had to rely on the street lights outside. Mirror needs glue."
Navigation: "Clearer signage on the final door would help guests find the place more easily."
Conclusion: "Just half a day of maintenance would significantly improve the guest experience and the overall rating."
