We had a very good stay! Apartment was very clean, comfortable and good location. Just outside at the border of the historical centre with perfect access. Ideal if you come by car and want to avoid ZTL and expensive parking garages. You might need to make a few rounds around the block but there’s always some space if you know how :)
The apartment had all the basic needs covered, bed was comfy.
The hosts were extremely friendly, responsive and flexible. Very good customer service!
Some glasses and proper mugs instead of paper cups would be nice for the price of accommodation, but no big deal. And maybe two blankets instead of one.
The noise from the street can be noticeable but for us personally less than some reviews suggested.

Everything is brand new and very clean. The hosts were available and very helpful. The bed was the most comfortable I had on my three week tour of Italy. The location is not only in a good neighborhood, but close to many excellent restaurants and gelateria. Bologna was a joy and this accommodation made my stay so nice!
I liked everything

Practical location 20-minute walk to the center
The room is right next to a very busy street and there is not good sound insulation so we heard everything, including people shouting in the streets below, loud motorbikes, etc. Also the mattress was very strange and uncomfortable. We did not find the room as clean as other reviews state
