I telephoned the owner on the mobile number given on the Booking sheet and was informed of the Key Box Code. Excellent service from Adam the owner who was Professional, polite and courteous. An excellent service. Thank you
On entering the Apartment "it is truly another world". A beautifully decorated Apartment, with large rooms and a very clean new Kitchen. The place is nearly spotless and there are complimentary sweets, crisps' and bottled water in the hall. The Bed room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Bed linen was new, clean and very nice. The bathroom was super and clean. A little compact with the sink behind the door and the shower cubical a little small (I wouldn't fit into it :-( ) but otherwise a fantastic place to stay. Strathclyde Distillery is over the road and lots to see in the local area.
The Black door (on the Street side) is located between a News Agents and a lovely Cafe. There is no number on the Black door for the Apartment. The door is therefore difficult to find and has a coded lock. We spent half an hour looking for the entrance Black door and had to speak to two local persons before one of the neighbors let us in. Once inside the Black door the Alley way and stairs are very Victorian and scruffy. Don't be discouraged!!!! Go up the shabby stairs and the Apartment door is on the right on the first floor. It has a small sign on it and a Key Lock Box on the Door frame to the right.
The Boiler in the bedroom made a noise during the night but other wise all was great.
Be careful as the SatNav takes you through the City LEZ Zone if travelling south from the Glasgow Royal Infirmary (I am just waiting for my fine :-( :-( :-( )

Easy location for the barrowlands. Parking outside
Clean and had what we needed for 2 night stay. Welcome sweets and bottles of water
Bed was a little uncomfortable but was ok for 2 nights. A few more pillows on the bed would be good

Good location
Property was not clean. Noisy neighbours/slamming doors etc both nights I stayed so interrupted sleep. Wouldn’t stay here again!
