Welcome to this charming historic vacation home situated just outside of Wolfville. Surrounded by hiking trails and just minutes away from high-quality wineries, this home is suited for those seeking a serene lifestyle with easy access to Wolfville’s vibrant dining, arts, and culture scene. Don’t miss the opportunity to explore this rare gem in one of Nova Scotia’s most desirable areas. Inside, you’ll find stunning post-and-beam vaulted ceilings and an open-concept layout that creates a welcoming atmosphere reminiscent of an “old English cottage.”
The great room features a unique wooden bridge-style walkway that flows seamlessly into a character-filled kitchen, complete with an exposed brick chimney, apron sink, spacious pantry, updated bathroom, and a breakfast bar that opens to the living area. There’s also a cozy entertainment room with a fireplace and a peaceful screened-in patio at the back entrance—an ideal spot to unwind. The spacious primary bedroom serves as a true retreat, featuring a sunny bay window perfect for reading, a spa-like ensuite, a walk-in closet, and a private entrance. The bathroom off the kitchen is a full bathroom (tub, shower, etc) as is the primary ensuite,and the up stairs bathroom is a shower and sink and toilet- so no tub, but complete. The fully fenced backyard provides ample space for children

Make sure all windows and doors are locked
Please start the dishwasher or do the dishes , ideally the home should be in the same condition as you arrived besides laundry.
✓ Summer: Turn heat pump/AC off
✓ Sign out of smart tv streaming apps
✓ Turn all lights, ceiling fans and portable fans off
✓ all furniture returned to original locations even patio furniture
✓ Place all garbage/recycling/paper products in garbage bin and compost in the green bin
