Absolute Nightmare, do not book.
Nothing
Do not under any circumstances book this apartment. This company is negligent to say the least.
Where to begin?
The area is dangerous. I saw 2 fights at the tram stop across the street in the first night here.
The apartment looks nice, but the heat is unbearable. The sun blasts the apartment all day, the curtains are about as useful as mosquito nets for protection, there is nowhere to hide from it other than the bathroom. No fans, no aircon and when I asked about it they didn't offer a solution. Sure, you can open the windows, it helps a little, but then you have to deal with the screaming drunk people and trams thundering past every 5 or 10 minutes.
The shower was broken. It was either furiously hot or freezing cold and the temperature knob turns by itself and randomly changes.
When I reported this, they wouldn't do anything about it without "documentation" whatever that means.
Housekeeping:
14 dirty plates
3 dirty bowls
2 dirty glasses
1 cracked glass
No dish towels in the kitchen
There is no storage space in this apartment.
The stairwell is unsafe and in a dangerous state of disrepair. The bannister is loose to the point that if you try to use it to stabilise yourself, as my son did, you will fall, as my son did.
There are also nails sticking out of it which cut my finger, resulting in a trip to the doctor for tetanus check.
This apartment was not fit for occupation and the property owner does not care.
I had 2 kids with me, which they obviously knew about, and they were still ok with leaving me in this position.
They did nothing to help and did not even respond when I lodged a complaint with booking.com, leaving us in this situation for 2 days and forcing me to book another apartment leaving me with very little money for our holiday and two very upset children. Not to mention the stress this caused and the fact that my first two days holiday were ruined by this.

Totalna porażka
Oszukany dziedziniec i klatka.

Blisko centrum i dworca Łódź Fabryczna
Lokalizacja korzystna, mieszkanie wyremontowane. To co trzeba mieć na względzie to stan kamienicy przed remontem. Tak wszędzie blisko i wszystko było w porządku. Dobre miejsce bo blisko dworca Łódź Fabryczna i atrakcji turystycznych.
