one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had
I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing from beginning to end.
As soon as we entered the apartment, we noticed that it was dirty and poorly maintained. The air was dusty and unpleasant, the floor had clearly not been cleaned properly, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. There was a laundry basket full of someone else’s clothes, leftover food and drinks in the refrigerator, and the shoe cabinet was full of dust and dirt. It was obvious that the apartment had not been properly cleaned before our arrival.
There were also no towels provided, which is a basic necessity for any accommodation.
The bathroom was by far the worst part of the apartment. Instead of a proper door, it only had a roller blind, and if you want to take a shower, the water will leak out of the bathroom and flow directly into the kitchen area. The design is completely impractical and made using the shower a terrible experience.
Because of the poor conditions, my boyfriend and I decided to leave the apartment earlier than planned. We simply could not stay another night in such an unhygienic place.
To make matters even worse, the host was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. We agreed to meet early in the morning so I could return the key in person and receive my €50 security deposit back. However, the host didn’t show up on time and later informed me when i called on the phone, that she would be an hour and a half late, which was completely unacceptable as we had to leave. She suggested that I leave the key behind and assured me that she would refund the deposit by bank transfer instead.
More than a month has now passed, and I still have not received my €50 deposit. Despite her promise, no transfer has ever been made.
This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. Poor cleanliness, an impractical bathroom, missing basic amenities, and an unreliable host who failed to return my deposit.

Sad of having my first experience in Italy like that
The only thing i think is having a proper clean stove and utensils so a person can cook instead of going to buy food everyday
Many points, starting from the host to the house, first this thing of late check in is the most dumbest thing i ever experienced (sorry words) instead of installing a master lock on the door with the money that u take from the clients, no, instead he wants an extra because of the extra time the flight got delayed…
Second, i told him that my girl was about to show me the city and since it was very late it would be better to her to sleep with me instead of having a big walk during the night, he didn’t want to but did me that favor( i do appreciate you) but then as i get home he sleeping on the only room and only bed that is upstairs so i had to sleep on the couch with her, that’s is disrespectful to your client, you should be the one sleeping on the couch firstly cuz i rented the whole house for me not for you to be sleeping in the bed plus when i had my girl the discomfort was crazy to her…
Third, about the refundable 50€, to be honest i was already expecting, the point was to him coming to the bnb to give him the key, and him giving me the money, but no, not only didn’t came to the house, i made him sent the money that took 10 days, i was already in my country, plus he sent me only 35€… what can i say after this… plus there a lot of cons inside the house… the washing machine is broken and etc…
