We were able to occupy the entrie basement suite. We didn't use the cooking facility or the fridge/freezer, but they were available to use if we had wanted to. Having a door code was very handy, as we came in later than expected.
We could easily hear the footsteps from upstairs. Parking was harder than expected, as along the street in front of the unit, the areas between driveways was not large enough to park a vehicle without blocking a driveway, so we had to park around the corner.

Nice cozy basement suite fhat we stayed in while our van was being repair. Great host who was very responsive. Even brought over a few kitchen tools we needed.

We had a lot of difficulty finding the place. This was mostly due to our out-of-date navigation device. It was partly due to the fact that the developers of the property chose to give all the streets in the development very similar names.
My recollection is that the offering said "on site parking," however, we were asked to park in the street. It was a small inconvenience.
