The Space:

Located on the first floor of a historic Bolognese building, accessible by stairs only, Casa Accademia offers generous spaces and a comfortable layout for families or groups of up to 6 guests. The spacious, bright living room features modern, functional furnishings and a comfortable sofa bed. The sleeping area includes two welcoming double bedrooms, providing plenty of room to unwind after a day exploring Bologna.



Two full bathrooms make sharing the apartment particularly convenient, giving families and friends extra flexibility during their stay. Throughout the home, thoughtfully arranged spaces combine character with the practicality of a fully equipped apartment.



The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare meals using fresh ingredients from the nearby markets, while the living area provides a pleasant setting for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine together.



Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Air conditioning is available in the living room only; the two bedrooms are equipped with portable fans.

All essential amenities are in the immediate vicinity and the city centre, with the Two Towers and Piazza Maggiore, is easily reached on foot in under 10 minutes.



Getting Around:

This apartment’s prime location lets you experience Bologna authentically—on foot, in the heart of the historic center. You’ll be steps from the university district, the Pinacoteca Nazionale, and Teatro Comunale. A 10-minute walk under UNESCO-listed porticoes leads to the Two Towers, Piazza Maggiore, San Petronio, and the Neptune Fountain.

Nearby, explore the lively Quadrilatero market or hidden gems like the Finestrella on Via Piella, and enjoy plenty of osterias and aperitivo spots.

Getting around is easy: buses are 2 minutes away, Bologna Centrale is a 15-minute walk, and the airport is 7 minutes by Marconi Express. Located in a ZTL area, a car isn’t needed—secure parking options are available nearby.
