El apartamento es tal y como se ve en Booking. Todo muy nuevo y habitación amplia. Disponer de parking es un plus porque no me pareció fácil aparcar en la zona. Buena comunicación y fácil acceso al apartamento.

Preciosa habitación ubicada en 4° piso con una inmensa terraza (mi habitación era triple) muy limpia, con baño completo y cocina compartida donde eché de menos un microondas. Está a 5 minutos de la estación de bus (hay supermercado) y a 10 de la estación central (hay un Lidl), lo que la hace ideal para hacer excursiones a los pueblos de alrededor.
Antes de reservar, confirmé a través de Booking que la habitación triple incluía parking privado en la propiedad. Solicité la reserva de la plaza que correspondía a la habitación triple que había reservado, y la respuesta fue que no estaba incluido, que se ofrecía bajo petición y que ya estaba ocupado... Y me ofreció parking a 8 minutos del alojamiento. A esto se le llama publicidad engañosa... No se puede ofrecer algo que luego se niega

The apartment was reasonably clean, but unfortunately, several issues made the overall experience very disappointing.
The biggest problem was the unbearable smell of sewage coming from the bathroom drains. The smell was so strong that it was extremely unpleasant to spend time in the apartment.
The sound insulation was also very poor. The walls were extremely thin, and almost everything from the neighbouring apartments could be heard at any time of day or night. Other guests returned at different hours without consideration for quiet hours, making it difficult to relax and sleep peacefully.
Another issue was the entrance door to the building, which did not open properly with the key. This was inconvenient and raised concerns about security.
The communication with the host was also disappointing. When I asked about an extra blanket, the response made it clear that this was not a hotel and that I would need to pay extra if I wanted one. The tone felt unwelcoming rather than helpful. I travel frequently and deliberately choose apartments instead of hotels, so I fully understand the difference. However, I still expect basic comfort, respectful communication and a reasonable level of hospitality.
What also struck me was the very impersonal nature of the overall interaction. Despite having no meaningful direct contact with the host, I received a generic message saying, “It was a pleasure hosting you,” along with a request for a review if I had enjoyed my stay. In light of the actual experience, this felt rather impersonal and disconnected from the guest’s experience.
The apartment ultimately felt more like a private room in a noisy hostel than a comfortable place to stay. I did not even feel encouraged to report the problem with the entrance door because the previous interaction had already discouraged me from raising further concerns.
