I booked Casa Eli but we were moved and upgraded last minute as Casa Eli had an air conditioning problem. We were placed in Casa Frida and it was excellent!! Highly recommend booking with them as service was great! Location perfect and super efficient and clean! Beautiful building

Super lokalizacja. W pobliżu dosłownie minutę pieszo jest porządny supermarket gdzie można zrobić zakupy. Klimatyzacja w pokoju ogromnie ratowała bo na zewnątrz bardzo gorąco. Do plaży około 15 minut z buta albo kilka przystanków autobusem. Wszędzie było blisko około 15 minut pieszo. W mieszkaniu czysto.

the location was great. It was close to supermarkets, the old town and the waterfront! the bed was super comfortable and the apartment was super quiet and clean. The communication was very good up until right after i entered the apartment.. I mentioned some essential items were lacking, like a sharp knife to cut food, a bowl, and a cutting board…amongst other things that were needed in the kitchen, some were added later, some were not, but i made due.. the cutting board would have been well appreciated. The directions and access into the building was super clear. However I had the key to the apartment was a bit more difficult. you need to play a bit with pushing or pulling the door to open it… i always felt like i may not get get in… a little stressful. maybe there a way to either fix this or explain better to make it less stressful.
Unfortunately there was no hot water for about 12 hours . i wrote a number of texts regarding this, but did not hear back for some time until someone finally showed up the next morning (after i called booking support) to check the water boiler. apparently there is a switch that needed to be turned on in the bathroom, which I was not told about. she said i turned off the switch but i didn’t even know it was there and hadn’t touched anything. In any case, it was resolved. The photos seemed bright and cheery, however the apartment was a bit dark with no view at all. the bathroom was a bit small and the shower was only warm for about 5 minutes.
