Nothing.
- Stuff are so rude. They don’t smile or speak nicely.
- breakfast was poor… no refill, until you ask them for something like coffee…etc
- the room was dusty and I started sneezing all night long.

Breakfast is excellent but monotonous. The location is great....
Cost consideration for already checked in guest for stay extension is poor

The location was good and the size of the room was good.
The front counter lady was rude.
The room had roaches,
They cleaned my room without my consent

I loved the whole experience. The night front desk clerk A.J was amazing. She made our check-in so smooth. Dahlila is always a pleasure to talk to and she takes very good care of us. The breakfast as amazing and we loved the comfort of the beds.
Nothing! We loved everything!

location was near our daughter's home. it was convenient.
We were in room# 211. Drawer on chest is held in place by a couple of pieces of wadded up paper. We continually had to replace the two folded pieces to keep the middle drawer closed. There is a dent in the bathtub the looks like a black squashed bug. There are stains on the carpet and on the sofa. There is a burn hole on the foot rest. We had no maid service. There was no hot coffee in the lobby when we returned each night around 9pm and since there was no maid service, there was no replacement of the coffee packets in the room. Yes, they were available at the front desk but we had to call the FD to find that out and then go back downstairs to get them. The egg omelette at the breakfast tasted like warm cardboard. We were very disappointed as we had stayed in this hotel a few years before and found it very nice. At that time the rooms were nice. It is too bad that the property has been neglected to this extent. We could not possibly recommend it and certainly would not stay there again.

I liked the location and the staff was pleasant.
did not like to see Mildew in the bathroom. and the hallways were extremely hot. The property can use some renovations, the breakfast was not to good.

I LOVE Dalila Abouchedid. She is the BEST hostess ever! She made our stay remarkable. Her personality. She is so happy and that makes all the difference. She makes our experience EXTRAORDINARY!
OMG the breakfast was AMAZING! It was different than the other times we stayed.
We loved the options of waffles, sausage, links, scrambled eggs. It was all so good! We especially loved the new gentleman that was preparing the breakfast. I heard he was a chef from another place. KEEP HIM!!!! Keep the options coming. We are coming back each month and we truly look forward to the Breakfast!

It was a good location and had security throughout our stay.
The hotel is quite dated. The furniture is worn out and the 2 bathtubs in the suite we stayed in did not drain standing water completely. the curtain also had visible food stains. It is very disappointing for the Hilton brand.

Elevator feels shaky and old. Needs updating n servicing.
