Location was suitable for my business location. More expectations about breakfast but at least coffee was very good and anytime
The facility itself needs some renovation and rooms need more air as it smells smoking though non-smoking facility

The receptionist treated me badly and made me pay for the room again because he told me that the booking application. It didn't work, I don't know which of the two stole me, whether it was bookin or the hotel receptionist making me pay for my room again. I hope they investigate and give me my money back. It was my worst experience in that hotel.

The staff was very, very personable and accommodating. Felt like a 5 star hotel. Absolutely great value.
The suite room could use additional lightling in the sitting area. A bit of a stale odor, some fresh air would solve this.

Location, bed were comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was good.
Air conditioning didn’t get as cold as I’d like. Elevators are old and slow.

Everything, really my favorite place to stay when I visit Houston!!!

Breakfast was typical American. Nothing to be overly excited about. Probably the best characteristic of this hotel though.
Location is awful. Homeless people find shelter right across the street. In only two days, there was much police activity in the area. Security guards even came in the hotel as one of the residents had some kind of issue. The facilities are not well maintained. The elevators have broken panels. The cleanliness of the room is not a priority. Found a couple of bugs moving around. The fridge has never been moved and a slight displacement revealed a massive stain on the mat.

Breakfast was well made and served.
The facilities are old, the elevator is full of defects.
I called the hotel all day to inform them that I would only arrive at 11 pm, no one answered. I arrived at the hotel and there was no one at the reception for me to check in, several other people arrived to check in shortly after and we stayed for a long time waiting at the reception. After I made enough noise to see if anyone appeared, a guy appeared saying he was in the bathroom, but it had been more than half an hour and he looked like he was sleeping. We were super tired from the trip and had to wait for his goodwill. I had two reservations and he said I couldn't check in both and I should check out the other day and then check in again. I thought that was crazy, because I've never seen that elsewhere. The next day a super polite girl attended to us (but she also took a while to show up at the reception) and said that we didn't need to do a new check-in. The experience was stressful , I would not go back ! and for the price, you find better things, I don't recommend it
