깔끔하고 넓은 숙소입니다.

조식을 제공해주고 주차공간 이 여유롭고 방도 깨끗하고 화장실도 깨끗했습니다. 다만 와이파이가 조금 느렸습니다.

와이파이 속도만 조금 빨라졌으면 합니다.

Good option for an airport hotel

Location is really convenient when you are looking to be near to the airport, we spend one night here before our flight to get home after an incredible vacations. They have a shuttle service to the airport which is great. Make sure you book this services while doing your check in. The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. The hotel was packed in the morning and they storage our luggage for a few hours before the check in.

The only thing that i can mention here is the attitude of the driver who took us to the airport from the hotel, it was a but rude.

I liked to stay in this accommodation, I will definitely will go back and also recommend it.

The hotel offers free transportation (rides) from airport and to airport destinations. I think this is a very attentive, such a plus service. Overall hotel staffs are attentive.

- Some reception staffs are too stiff, they understand in a very strict literal way the English of a foreigner (talking about me). I know my expression might not have been right but it seemed that the person was mad at me and later changed the tone of voice for a very rapid and tough way. -The restaurant did not serve warm/hot food and there were not many options for dinner. -The bed I slept over was rarely bent and the bottle water is only free for Hilton membership owners. If above points could be considered I definitely think that the hotel will have better feedbacks.

Spotless, very close to the airport, accessible to Deerfoot Trail

Source of light in each room needs to be white LED, not soft/warm white. Property manager need to consider installing a few more lights, so your guests can “see better” in the room.

great location, nice swimming pool and gym, amazing breakfast buffet and serene! Overall, we loved it. We'll be back again.

No microwave inside our room. For travellers, it is really important that we have a microwave inside the room. To be fair, we loved everything, it's just that the first thing that we are looking for in a hotel is a microwave. I hope in the future they will be able to provide it for their customers.

Would stay there again.

Breakfast was great, we liked it a lot.

The shampoo and conditioner were out in our room, but we always travel with our own.

Had some problems, but the room was okay

The room was great, very clean, and the breakfast was amazing.

The shuttle took an hour to arrive at the airport, and when I made the driver notice he said that that was not true, and it took him only half an hour (they still told me it would have taken them 10/15 minutes when I called them). He wasn't even sorry about it. Once at the check-in, I found out I had to use a credit card for a deposit, and I hadn't one. Luckily I managed, but it was not clear at all that I would have needed that. I'm from Italy, and it's way more common to use debit cards, so I was very surprised. You should make it more clear that that's a necessity, on the website it's kind of hard to find that information.

I will absolutely return to this hotel. Everything was exactly what I needed.

Location, onsite restaurant and bar, the complimentary breakfast and shuttle service.

The public areas like lobby and elevator areas could use better floor cleaning

The staff was super friendly, beds were comfortable, restaurant was convenient, breakfast was great. Shuttle was on time.

There were no other restaurants nearby. Would have liked more selection.

El recepcionista fue muy atento y amable. Tenían café y chocolate caliente con bombones y crema batida como amenidad. Me pareció muy buen detalle. La señorita del restaurante también fue muy amena. El servicio de shuttle 24/7 es una excelente oportunidad

Fue difícil comunicarme con la persona que atendía el teléfono del shuttle. Tuve que llamar 4 veces y tardaron más de media hr en llegar. El regreso en shuttle si fue puntual. Las almohadas están muy boludas, necesitan cambiarlas. El piso del baño está amarillo ya, y se escucha como tiembla el hotel por los aviones pero nada que no puedas dormir

Excellent value for the money...especially the breakfast.

I enjoyed the gym and restaurant. The bartender and waitress were most welcoming and friendly my first night. The food was good and an excellent value. The breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL and really... 'made my day'. There was a HUGE variety of foods to choose from all fresh and plentiful. The shuttle service was greatly appreciated. The driver was pleasant and helpful with my luggage.

I can't say or think of anything.

Most disappointing stay at a Hampton Inn ever

Staff was courteous and helpful under stressful conditions

"cold" water was SCALDING hot in both sink and shower for almost entire stay. Finally rectified morning we left. Water temp from cold tap was over 30C degrees. First told to "run tap a few minutes", still scalding after running for 30 minutes. Shower too hot to use. Staff very kind and tried hard to rectify, but absolutely no way that was just "convection" heat.
