Room excellent, staff good, and resort was good.
Priced too high for reoccurring guests.

Everything was so nice and the view of the lake and volcano bay and the hulk coaster was great especially at night. The breakfast was good too. Would definitely stay again. Very nice staff as well.
Wish they had balcony’s for your rooms or if the window could open a little bit would’ve been nice. But other than that everything was great.

Everything about the property was great. Perfect location for universal.
The only negative comment would be heavy smell of pot being used by exit doors.
