The location is perfect for the beach with plenty of shops nearby. The water taxi had a stop close by and was a great way to see the area. The hotel was very welcoming (Tracey on reception was fabulous!) - everyone clearly there to help you enjoy your stay. The pool was great, restaurant offered a great range of options and whilst we didn't use the gym or spa, they looked very good. All round, what you want from a hotel.
Genuinely I can't think of anything to change. Whilst we didn't have a car, for the sake of mentioning something, the valet parking seemed a little pricey - albeit very well organised.

We love the location. We took a cruise and checked into the hotel before we left Sept. 19th and checked back in when we returned from the cruise Sept. 26-28.
We were in a suite and it had little buds all over the counter. I do have a video of the buds. We also had a water issue in the hallway in the bedroom. We went to dinner Saturday evening and came back to water soaking the carpet in the hallway in front of our closet. We informed the property. We could tell this has happened before from the wood. We took pictures. We were leaving the next day so we just stayed in the room.

Room was spacious view of ocean
Disappointed that there was no concierge, decent breakfast, no one handler or helped with bags, and our room had plumbing issues.

The location was close to the beach
The refrigerator in the room did not work. It took a full day for it to get replaced. By then, all of our food was ruined.
