Room was comfortable and well appointed. Had everything we could have asked for.
A/C loud cycling on and off. Shower gel/shampoo vessels work very hard, pumps get stuck in "down" position after one pump. We wasted more running water trying to get body wash and shampoo to dispense. There needs to be a better way.

The bar, staff and the atmosphere. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The urban apothecary bath products smelled amazingly good.

Did not go to breakfast. Staff was very helpful and pleasant! Loved late late check out!
Bathrooms at this property and price should have shower wands and close shower doors. It was large bathroom, but cold. Plus, the hot water had button. No directions on how to use it. Shower was alternating between warm and cold, even after the hot water button was pushed and warmer. Only small rain showerhead. No door to close… cold miserable. Hall noise was noticed.
