The room was a good size. The staff were really friendly. For such a large hotel we weren't plagued by noise from other rooms. There were several sports teams staying there and we barely heard anything the three days we were there.
The room was clean but the pool area could use some extra love. The ac was blasting in the pool area so we froze the entire swimming. This was an issue for everyone as the hot tub was crowded to make up for it. The sauna didn't work. The pool and table areas weren't super clean either.

I am a breakfast person, it my biggest meal of the day. i thought the bfast you had was outstanding. fresh fruit was super and the choices for hot food was great.
Ok what i didn't like. I live in a custom home and it is hard to stay any where and be impressed. the shower for me was not wide enough, the sink counters were to low and the acoustics from adjacent flushing toilets sounded as though it was in my room. this is my only negative feedback.

I've been to a lot of Holiday inns and when I booked this night , I believe the add said free breakfast included. When we went to breakfast I was charged about $35.00 for a cold tasteless meal. I was VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!
