I love that this Motel 6 is a smaller motel (not a lot of foot traffic, cars in the parking lot, etc.) Pretty good location as there are several food establishments within walking distance and it is less than 10 miles from Toyota Amphitheater! Rooms are just the right size, clean and comfy bed to come back to after seeing and Awesome Concert!
Bath Towels could have been a smidge bigger...Door key/card work correctly the first time, everytime...but not a deal breaker by any means!

Bath tub was gray, didn't use it. Walls paper thin.

There was no breakfast
We had to go to the office to get coffee. We had a clean room with a good air conditioning to get us off to a nice start to our trip to Marysville and Oroville where my 87 year old father in law grew up as a boy. We went to reminisce.

Worst bed I've ever slept on. Bowed in the middle and could feel every spring in the mattress. Also a lot of traffic noise.

Required $20 cash deposit to check in with no receipt. Returned at checkout. Office not open in morning. Had to ring night desk to check out.

It was cheap.
Location off street was noisy, lots of homeless in area, didn’t feel safe. Kept area where ice machine locked up had to get staff always to open. Place has issues with too many people that thrash rooms so must give $40 cash at check in for them to hold in case you skip out with a bad card….that tells you all you need to know.

Close to event
As I checked in I was told that there was a $40 deposit fee plus the room rate. I asked why was a deposit needed and why this deposit wasn't advertised online. I was told deposit was for my room key and it would be returned after staff looked over room at check out. Because I was coming out of town for a event and needed to get ready I paid this deposit. Later that evening and asked one of neighbors in the motel & a another family staying there were they charged a deposit. Both said no that they were not asked for a deposit. Based on the fact that the people I asked weren't of color I take it that the deposit I paid was for black people only? And to it matters worst room was infested with roaches!!

I rented a room with two beds, and the room max person was 4 and apparently you need to pay extra because all room are one person. they are scammers for sure.

The entire staff sucked rude got mad kept deposit cause I had a coworker pick me up they are not good people. Deposit is for damage not because someone picks u up

The towels could of been more soft. They were somewhat Scratchy and rough OK

You can state from now on, on your website that your hotels only accept credit cards with the chip. I did not appreciate being turned away when I got to the hotel for my reservation and was told that my credit card was no good because there was no chip. If it was accepted through the reservation it should have been accepted at the hotel.

The painting all night loud banging hammering the Bad Small had to park way across the parking lot cause of painting.

nothing they had roaches and wasn’t trying to give my money back then the two older female and male were giving my man and I attitude and kept telling us to go away but i wanted my money back because i did not want to stay there with roaches. we showed them pictures of it and they still were trying to make us stay. horrible place

Honesty, the only thing I liked was there was food close by. Motel 6 rooms are very cold and uncomfortable. This particular motel was absolutely gross! The walls in the room were filthy and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. There is no pride in ownership. This property was disgusting.
