One of the better hotels we have stayed in.

Everything. Exceptionally clean, very nice staff, very safe. There is a small lake adjoining the property complete with geese and ducks.

Very comfortable

The room was very large lots of space full size amenities. Everything was very clean. No issues. Would definitely stay again. Price was very reasonable. Short distance to New Hope,

There was no water in the room. The only water available was in the lobby in a large ja. By end of day the water is warm and not satisfying. Only other water had to be purchased in the lobby.

Extremely dissatisfied

Breakfast and location great. Pool wasn’t in service and if we had known that when booking we would have gone somewhere else. Our birthday weekend plans were to go to Sesame Saturday am and then swim in the afternoon because of torrential downpours. Imagine our surprise when we arrive at the pool with a two year old to find out it was closed. The people at the front desk Saturday were rude about the pool and said it was in tiny print at top of their site. I searched numerous sites and found it in one. So if you call in or book through another company you don’t know about the pool. There is no sign at check in about the pool and nothing in the paper they give you about the various areas in the hotel. The fire extinguisher on second floor had the glass panel pushed in and my grandson cut his finger in the metal. I did report it to front desk. This is not what I expected for a birthday weekend, extremely disappointed. Oh- also at breakfast the first morning the women in the pantry were talking loudly about things your customers shouldn’t hear and were using inappropriate language. Another concern with children around.

See above! Poor communication- No Pool as advertised. I paid more money for hotel with a pool and couldn’t use it. Totally ruined our weekend!!!!!

Pleasant

Staffs were accommodating.

Burner stove was not working, curtains were broken. One of the non smoking rooms we were initially provided smelled like cigarettes.

Great family stay with a kitchenette.

The location was great for Sesame Place. Having the kitchenette also helped so much.

I wish there were more breakfast options. A lot of true options had pork.

It was good! No one Went out of their way to assure that we had an amazing time!!

Breakfast always amazing!! We also love the kitchenette here!!

We asked for a extra pillow and sheets for the pull out bed and they said we should have them in the closet which we told them they were not there they gave us sheets we never got a pillow so we had to share the pillows that we had on our bed! I have severe allergies to lavender woke up both days with a sore throat and extreme nasal drainage because I didn’t have ample pillows and because all the soap that is offered at this hotel is lavender!! Also someone open the door to the dryer in the laundry area which caused my clothes to not dry and the time ran out so I had to hang them to dry in the room!! Also the price is very high for this hotel especially since we had no services (towels and sheets were not changed) I have paid less and gotten more at other hotels!!

Should cost less for what it actually is

Wonderful Staff and Delicious Breakfast. The location was easy to find and super convenient for the wedding and events I was in town for.

The room was not well cleaned. The floors were sticky and dirty. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were big and hard. The toilet barely flushed, we had to open the tank and make some adjustments so it would flush better. The tub was old and moldy in spots with a clogged drain. Dated interior.

Outside patio was very nice with grills and a fire pit.

it was a nice place

when I got there the two rooms I reserved was not what I got, they did give me an extra room and I had to sleep across the hall from my family but I booked about 2 months for n advance and they didn’t have what I wanted
