The fact we only stayed for 6 hours this was not a good stay.

That the night manager accommodated us when we arrived.

That we tried to call numerous times to notify that we would be arriving late. When someone did answer the immediate reply was " we have no vacancies" with out a greeting etc. When trying to call back several times even no answer or answer but just noise. When we arrived the night manager had just said he called us (our phone did show that right when we had arrived at the hotel literally) The manager did accommodate and had stated he was dealing with unruly hotel guests or people around the hotel.

Pool and location

Room was dirty when we got there , hair all over shower, room was super hot . I also got charged two deposits for one reservation.. normally it's only one in my experience and then I got one deposit back right away on my card and the other one has not came back which is weird since I used the same card . There was lots of rift raft going on the parking lot ( drugs etc) overall I would not stay there again.

Overall, the stay was good.

No elevator especially for travelers with luggage. Receptionist states 2 cards were declined. No email or text from bank regarding declines. I get notifications whenever my card was declined. Called bank and they stated, no problem and no transaction was made. So it’s either a machine error, or the receptionist didn’t put correctly 2 different cards twice. Wasted an hour calling bank instead of resting. Room especially where you hang your clothes, were full of dust. Rest of the room is clean and comfy.

The place is a good value option when you arrive late and leave early.

The facility has made some updates in the rooms, i.e., flooring, shower, bedding, furniture, etc.

The fixtures like HVAC and sink/toilet were old originals. The continental breakfast is the high carb standard items, i.e., waffle maker, cereal, packages of oatmeal to add hot water, sliced bread, the yogurt is high sugar content, juice and coffee. No healthy options.

the front desk staff was nice

everything. terrible location. felt unsafe and unsanitary, not updated, pictures don’t match the rooms. awful experience. we only stayed for about 2 hours, then left for somewhere else

Felt safe. We will definitely stay there again!

Nice clean updated room. Bathroom was brand new. Nice shower. Good size refrigerator. Had a microwave. Friendly staff. Great location. Felt safe inside and out. They are updating the rooms.

Outside garbage can was overflowing so people had stacked their garbage on the ground around it.

It wasn’t raining in the room.

Not much.

Had to park across the street. TV was not plugged in, both sockets were full, plugged TV into lamp base, lamp was unplugged! Called front desk to see if they had any other jobs for me to do. No elevator, my wife has severe mobility issues and barely made it up the stairs. Breakfast was very skimpy.

Absolutely nothing!!

Absolutely disgusting walls, floors, beds, showers Absolutely horrible the ceiling in the shower was coming down and the floors were horrible I didn't even want to walk on that dirty black carpet with shoes on

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating

As soon as I started walking down the hall to my room I could smell The old dingy carpets and a lingering cigarette smell probably over all the years. as I got to my room and open the door it instantly smelled so bad like mildew or the smell of a dirty rag this mixed with the stale cigarette smoke was just unbearable the mildew smell was literally unbearable I instantly called the staff the lady at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating to switch me to A different room. unfortunately the other room that I was transferred to was not much better though I did not have that mildewy smell it was unbearable it still had that stale cigarette smoke smell I called the front desk and ask if they had some kind of air freshener the lady accommodated with a can of Febreze after spraying my room and pre-cleaning I was able to sit down to watch some TV and that’s when I noticed my TV did not work I was not getting any channels so the lady at the front desk had to accommodate once again to come up to the room and fix the cable I really appreciate her accommodating she was very attentive and quick to help and unfortunate for her cleanliness of the rooms and maintenance shouldn’t be the front desk ladies task but she was more than willing to help. needless to say due to the uncleanliness I couldn’t Get comfortable enough to be willing to sleep in the bed so I left the hotel..
