It was a good location for our event
The room was filthy. Mold in the shower. Walls and carpet were dirty. The toilet ran continuously, it was very loud.
6.0
I liked the view, the private balcony, and the open floor plan of the room. Very pet friendly, which is a huge plus. Friendly staff.
The hallways were SO loud, we could easily hear people walking up and down the halls and their conversations. Overall, an outdated facility. The pool hours should definitely be extended as they close it at 8:45pm.

Staff was friendly
Location for our needs was perfect
The room was dated, dingy and the windows were fogged from broken seals, the window screen was out on the ground so unable to open window
The coffee maker had not been cleaned in many days, it had coffee grounds dried up hard (which is weird since the coffee provided is in filter pouch)
3.0
easy access
toilet and sink plugged, bed frame broken

friendly staff and fireplace in unit.
dated facility, dim lights, old/stained carpet

It’s lovely with a comfortable bed and nice staff!
Bathroom could have been cleaner especially around the commode area.

Nice views, but it isn't really worth it unless you play golf.
4.0
location
The top floor is not controlled by the hotel, it’s controlled by timeshares. There was a party in the room about us until 1:30 in the morning and there was nothing the hotel could do to them.
8.0
convenient location,
the bed was like sleeping on plywood

it is NOT a “lodge”

Nice view of the golf course. Separate bedroom. Pool was close.
Poor restaurant choices. Pool closed early when we were there. No reading lights in the bedroom. Shared bath. Pull out not made up with sheets. Uncomfortable furniture. Trying to be a luxury resort but not quite making the grade. Time for some renovation.

I loved the room and the grounds.

Pool for kids and splash pad
Room wasn’t clean. Food under bed and no toilet paper. Had to drive 10 minutes to pool.

location was beautiful and outside of the city
everything was fine

Wish we would of had a room with either deck or bottom floor patio. Most rooms did, but ours did not

The location was pretty. We enjoyed the walking trails around the facility. The golf courses were well maintained.
Dirty!! It was like they clean the middle but not the edges. When we arrived there were crumbs by the bed and on the bathroom floor. The mopboards haven't been wiped in awhile. The back of the toilet was dusty. Our comforter had a stain on it. It was gross and we had to ask them to clean it again.

Eagle Crest is always a respite in the desert. The king suite was a nice upgrade with the kitchen area.
The room had numerous repair issues, table legs missing, tile missing. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The balcony was nice but overlooked the parking lot. Given the low occupancy, why not upgrade regular guest? Not good customer service.

Walking paths
Definitely needs upgrades expected more for the price we paid..only has one set of laundry for the whole property

My mother and I really loved the grounds and all the wildlife we encountered on our walks. The staff was pleasant and informative. Check In was very easy.
We were a little taken back at how attention to detail had not taken place. The bed was poorly made, one remote had no batteries, the A/C did not cool the entire suite, no bedding for the pullout was made available in the room, no hair dryer or an extra roll of toilet paper. We had to ask for all of these things to be brought to us.

Slightly dated exterior of the property and guest check in.

Nice room and layout, the shower was weird as the tile sill allowed water to go onto the bathroom floor and the shower head could not be adjusted to a pattern that didn’t spray on tile sill and floor. Nice couch and fireplace.
Shower was weird and allowed water to go onto the bathroom floor.

Decent room.
The photo at the top of this feedback is not the actual lodge; its the front of some sports facility on the resort grounds, but it is not where one stays for their stay.

Expensive price for the room
