I loves the pools and beach access. We went during fall break so it wasn’t packed. It wasn’t the nicest room but we have small kids and spent the days out on the beach anyways
We were out in the dunes building which wasn’t beachfront as indicated in the booking. It was across the street behind the main property. We were the only ones in that building so it was quiet but we were put on the fourth floor and the elevator didn’t work which sucked.

Loved the Murphy bed. It was very comfortable.

The hotel is clean, comfortable close to alot! The pool areas are really nice, alot for the kids to do. We enjoyed ourselves. We will stay again!
Neighbors slamming doors, and yelling all hours of the night and waking my children. We called the front desk, they sent security up that didn't even talk to them, he walked down the hallway and left.. they could've handled that better. so every night we had to deal with slamming doors and yelling drunks.

Staff was responsive when we voiced our concerns. House keeping was very gracious.
Dunes was a "Motel 6" experience. Run down. chipped coffee pot.

Location was excellent.
Day of arrival we were on the 15th floor I called the front desk to see if we could go on a lower floor due to having our 7 month old and my wife with severe anxiety. She is afraid of heights bad. They said no. No explanation.

Kids liked the water slides and multiple pools. Close to everything.

I love how spacious the suites are.
I don't like how high the room rates are. The same room will be a different price based on the days....not cool.

We did not do the hotel breakfast during our stay. My daughter was in a volleyball tournament, and the games started at 8, so we had to be out pretty early both mornings. It was also inconvenient that the breakfast was across the street from the building that we were staying in
The parking situation was a nightmare!

The location I liked, ocean front I liked. The rooms and beds need to be updated. The bathroom was nice, updated, and clean. The pool area for the kids
The beds, the dingy looking linen, the old looking furniture

It is a good location
We were put in the breakers sail fish building which was built in 1999 and does not appear to have been updated since then. Everything was in rough shape the furniture was pretty gross mold on the ceiling of the bedroom closet stains all over the carpet and we were in the penthouse just a typical myrtle beach property were they take money for years and put nothing back into it. I will not stay there again there are much nicer places close by for the same or less money.

not much was very good with the building itself. we were on the 3rd or fourth floor; at the end of unit. the girl that signed us in was remarkable and helpful but misleading calling the building as new as opposed to a new purchase
better air conditioner. rooms whose entrance door does not shack entire outside wall.

The price was great. Convenient. Staff was great. Could ask for better.
Well we had roaches in the bathroom. Found roaches in the kitchen

we were only disappointed not being in the same building as the rest of our golf group. not really a problem
