Both pools were cold even though they claim to be heated.

It’s right on the board walk, making it ideal to go to beach or just enjoy the boardwalk.
The room floors could be cleaner. It was hard to take off shoes and walk around inside

Location. Room was spacious.
Showing wear and tear. Stated there when it was new and it was very nice. Now not much different than any other older beach hotel in OC. Hallways extremely hot. Carpet needs replaced.
