Pee smell, garlic smell in lobby, rube Indian receptionist employee women with dry lips. No shampoo or lotion. Just one bar of soap. Not enough towels and the towels available were dirty with black stains. Homeless/ drug hotel.

We were never told about any breakfast. I don’t think there was one.

The room was adequate but the stairwells and walkways were dirty. Urine even in corners.

asked for a nonsmoking room and they put us in a smoking room , the room was dirty and nasty and even had profanity wrong on the inside of the door .. we walked in and turned around and walked right back out to the front desk.. lady at front desk is rude and they aren’t wanting to give me my money back .. also charged me a 50.00 deposit and we never even stayed in the room five mins .. I’ve going around and around to get my money back .. seems they don’t want to do the right thing and make this right with me .. so beware I would not stay at the place ..

The staff was very rude. The room smells terrible.like a petting zoo and like they sprayed something else stinky to try to cover it up. And they have roaches. They also kept my deposit because I was still on the property after 11am. Even though I was out of the room and the room was how I got it when I checked in. Still smelly with roaches. Smh. And I explained to them that I didn't have anywhere to go and needed that deposit back. Very rude and messed up of them.

Location was great.

The room was upstairs.

About the only think I liked was I slept. But that was due more to exhaustion than comfortability.

While the bed area was fairly clean, the restroom was gross. Tub was stained, mold was growing on top of the shower ledges, and the seam on the upper and lower parts of the shower walls had some mold in the caulking and the sink has a big crack.

Front desk worker was new and not knowledgeable but pleasant.

Paid for reservation on Booking.com. Then was charged $2.00 at motel :( Not for WiFi…or any service…. Was given a room and then had to move due to smoke smell. Paperwork appears to show I was charged for two rooms :(. Front desk in am could not explain :( I will contact my credit card company! Kept all paperwork I was provided although there was no written explanation for the additional $2.00. Dresser in room was broken as well as well as a couple of the hangers. Won’t stay here again! Address would not come up on GPS, so it took me an additional 15-20 minutes to locate :(

I made reservations through booking.com for a downstairs room because I'm disabled two days in advance and was "CONFIRMED" that they could meet my request but, when I checked in, they told me that they didn't have any downstairs rooms left!! I was then put in a room on second floor quite far from the barely working elevator and was even charged a $50 deposit which should have been waived for the fact that they did NOT meet my reservations needs. I also left a standing order to "DO NOT DISTURB" since they have door hangers but, the very next morning, I was RUDELY woken by "House keeping"!!! It also took 4 days to get my deposit back!!😡😡😡
