Several times during our stay there was cool water, not hot water for showers

The location is absolutely perfect for walking around town. Close to everything on either side of town so we only used the car is we were going a great ways away. The staff were so nice and welcoming. We went two weeks before Christmas so it was decorated beautifully (I'm also positive they had pine tree and cinnamon scents being pumped through the air ducts because it smelled amazing everywhere too). The room was a great size for the 4 of us that went and housekeeping maintained it well with fresh towels. There was nothing bad to say about our stay there!

The location of the property was amazing!! Close to everything, restaurants, activities, stores.
Maybe the housekeepers didn’t replace toilet paper or Kleenex, but that’s about it.

We loved walking around the entire lake. We did it twice during one day. The parking was thought to be expensive at first but was very convenient.
Never saw the sun. Although the light snow was really nice

The food was mediocre and yet overpriced. The beds were terribly hard, and barely able to be slept in. The location was excellent however, but between the food and comfort, my stay was sub par, especially for the money. I will also add that I was not given proper parking information and got a ticket that subsequently ended in an argument that all but ruined my entire vacation. So thanks for that... Room maintenance was great though.

Although it was a little pricey for the "pre-season"; the staff were super friendly and helpful; the facility was amazing; the location is nice ... right across from the lake on Main Str.. Parking is a little different, but valet handles it.
I loved it! Could use more parking but, they seem to manage.

It was dog-friendly and the staff was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect; right in the heart of town.
We were not impressed with the Charcuterie boards from the restaurant.

Loved the looks inside and out of this hotel and the lobby had a pleasant very noticeable smell! Our room was beautiful and clean with a great view! Definitely going to stay here again in the future, great location in the heart of everything! My stay through booking.com included breakfast with the hotel stay, the food was delicious with great options (service style, no buffet)! Both the breakfast room and the restaurant for dinner were both updated and had a great atmosphere. They also have a rooftop bar which I didn't get to this trip but I'm sure it's an awesome spot to hang with a great lake view, can't wait to check it out on my next visit!
I wasn't aware of the parking situation beforehand so I didn't know they charge $19 a day (valet parking, no self parking available) They said we can also park at an off site lot within walking distance (very close) for like $5 or $6 a night. We chose to park at the hotel valet parking since we had our bikes on the back of the car. The valet service was absolutely great! Very quick and friendly staff. I would recommend parking at the hotel for sure if you don't mind spending the extra money. We stayed for three nights and they only charged us for two days worth of parking.

Stunning hotel, very well appointed and great location.

The room was large, and the beds were comfortable.
We had a room that had access to the room next door. We found it loud and could hear everything the neighbors were doing from the TV area. Other than that, the place was beautiful and all the staff were great.

Staff were lovely and the room was very nice and comfortable. Location on street was wonderful.
They use extremely strong air freshener in lobby and hallways which made it difficult to breathe. My husband and I are sensitive and asthmatic and it really made it unpleasant stepping out of our room. We went there to get some fresh mountain air and the windows in room did not open, they were bolted shut. I would not have stayed there had I thought to ask.

Staff and style of hotel were excellent!
Breakfast was too stodgy, ingredients were not healthy, too much canola oil on everything. Secondly, the fireplace had a strong cologne smell wafting in to the lobby that was overwhelming.

cleanliness, location, ease of access.
elevator was difficult to summon. Infact thte day of departure it took 10+ minutes to get the elevator when checking out, (had bags or would have taken the stairs).

clean and updated hotel, room was a great size for our family of 4.
the bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the shower temperature was not good- would go from scalding hot, to cold to lukewarm. The shower situation is our one complaint, for the price of the room, this needs to be addressed.
