Excellent location—everything is within walking distance. The staff were very friendly. I would especially like to mention Amanda; she took on the role of a guide and was lovely and very welcoming.
Don't use Booking; the price difference over three days came to nearly $200!!!! We got a small surprise in the room, too—an old, dirty sock under the table—but hey, it's a minor detail))(

I love the location in Helen. It is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and fun places.
The inside could have been cleaner, tops of tables were sticky.

Great location on the river. Short walk to Main Street. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable.
Ice cold water! No hot water for showers. Other guests were also complaining.
