I love the fact that they accommodated me in my needs when the hotel next door screwed up my reservation and sold my room to someone else. So I had to come to the Roadway hotel. It was wonderful they treated me beautiful and with kindness and courtesy as I was there for my dog to have a major surgery. They were very accommodating and very understanding of the situation 100% would recommend this place.
The only thing I didn't like is that the first two rooms they showed me smelled heavily of cigarettes.

Comfortable bed: firm mattress, pillows neither too fat and solid nor too thin and skimpy. Good lighting throughout room, for working at desk, for reading in bed, and in general. No problems with noise. Some difficulty getting onto wi-fi, but the desk clerk gave me a support number, and the tech on the other end was pleasant and helpful; once I was on, the wi-fi worked very well.
Initial difficulty with wi-fi: I could get onto the network, but then couldn't get to the login page, which kept timing out. However, the tech at the support number was very helpful, and got me on at last.
