Looks like some remodeling is done. Carpet and flooring in one room was new. Every detail is important to increase the value of this place. Staff was kind and accommodating! Location was great!
Property is run down and overall not well kept. Looks like some remodeling is done. Carpet and flooring need replacing and smells need to be dealt with. Attention to detail in cleaning. Make the improvements and charge more to get better clients. Parking lot needs sealcoating and new paint lines, landscaping needs to be kept up. Every detail is important to increase the value of this place. Make sure door bolts and peep holes are installed on all rooms being rented. Lights that work in all rooms. TVs that work.
