Room was spacious and well appointed. The outside private patio was very enjoyable. Grounds were beautiful and out doorsy. Minimal but full breakfast was included. Very comfortable lounge in the main building with generous pours and good bar food. All the staff seemed very friendly and helpful.
Maid service totally skipped us the first day. We had ants. The A/C unit was very noisy. The fireplace was nice but the control was confusing

Breakfast was good! The room was big loved the private patio outside , big bathroom counter.
The bed was too hard, A/C loud made room very hot and difficult to operate for comfort and sleep, the toilet paper was 1 ply cheap not basic 2 ply toilet paper .The entrance hard to see even in day ,was dark not lit up or colorful. Sadly horrible looking all dry up and brown ! We even got pulled over police for turning left entering the resort which was strange we were cleared thank goodness . The live music was our reason for staying here. It was too loud to talk. The bar food was so expensive and waitress was alone and we had to wait 20 min just to get menus so we just left. It’s called Garden resort but, there is no beauty all brown dry. The Garden next door is separate and have pay went to gift shop looked disappointing so we didn’t buy tickets. We went here years ago for Christmas lights and loved it couldn’t wait to come back not the same. I am giving this information as honest feedback hoping they will use it for much needed improvements.

This is a gem in Silverton. Rooms were comfortable and very well kept. The entire property definitely gives you that resort feel. Dining on site was convenient and they had a great menu. I was staying here for a race the following morning at Silver Falls and the location was extremely convenient. Communication from property in advance and post stay were top notch.
I wish I could’ve stayed longer. :(

The facilities were pretty nice and festive. The gas fireplace in the room was pleasant and beds were comfortable. I liked that my dog had an area to roam near the property.
For the exception of the Gardner that was extremely friendly, the rest of the staff were a little disgruntled and lackluster. It wasn’t the most welcoming during check-in. A found a few stink bugs in my room-meh. 😒

Bed was so comfortable, great staff, lounge and dining hours, great breakfast included with our room.
Wifi wouldn't connect, soda machines needed restocking, limited view of lights attraction, poor lighting and direction going up to resort at night.

The Xmas decorations and the breakfast buffet.
The price for the Xmas day dinner "special" was totally exorbitant and not even in keeping with traditional Xmas meal. A number of years ago, it was provided as part of the holiday special reservation deal. Plus a bottle of wine.

The room, live music & drinks, breakfast and hot tub were all thoroughly enjoyed for our business trip. This we a great fall/winter getaway while working in the area.

We loved our room. It was very roomy, clean and comfortable and it had a nice view. It was quiet, parking was right next to the room and it was a short walk to breakfast, which was really good.

Nice resort adjacent to the Garden and Frank Lloyd Wright home. Near nice vineyards and Silverton. Staff at the bar was very friendly and exceptional service.
We had to ask about area vineyards and the deals they had with them. Because we didn't know in advance we spent money we could have saved on a local tasting (I didn't mind supporting the small businesses but it was annoying). Also had read online that the Oregon State Garden admission was included with our room. Apparently it no longer is. This is a shame as it borders the property. A discount to the Garden and the Frank Lloyd Wright Gordon House would be a great idea. There was no mention of the FLW home tour which seems like big marketing opportunity fail. We only stumbled upon it as we drove in. We researched it on our own after we checked in and bought tickets for the tour. A huge highlight on our trip!

I was disappointed that the gardens and the fountains were not looking like they had in the past.

We were able to eat outside, very nice. Our waiter was excellent. We could see that it was busy, and probably could have used a couple more wait persons. But a sign of the times.

The servers sang "Happy Birthday" to my daughter and put sprinkles on her muffin when they found out it was her birthday. The front desk asked all my questions with complete cheerfulness.

The food was good and the atmosphere was decent.
We had an issue with the staff giving someone our room card and code.. She walked into our room with a key and her dog entered and our dog ran out. There was dried poop from a previous dog in the corner by the fireplace.
