Clean and comfortable stay after a long drive.

The breakfast was wonderful. The only negative was that eggs, bacons or sausage was not offered. The motel smelled and looked clean when I entered the building. The same can be said of my room. Very quiet and comfortable.

Only that eggs, bacon or sausage could have been offered.

I'd go back.

Pool was nice, clean enough and good temps. Beds comfortable and sheets seemed clean, a bit over bleached. Staff was very nice. Breakfast assistant saw me with my two kids and let me get cereal and a yogurt even though everything was all cleaned up and put away at 9:15am.

Jets didn't work on hot tub and room smelled heavy of chlorine. Coffee maker in room didn't work and missed breakfast so needed coffee asap once checking out

This place isn't horrible but definitely isn't good

There was a nice young woman who checked me in and she was very courteous....

%%⁴.the rest of my interactions with the staff was disappointing. Showed up at 255 and said i had to wait till 3. She was very rude to me and talked badly about the owners of this dump aren't paying me enough to care.

Not much

Room smelling of dog puke, dog hair everywhere, wifi didn't work, breakfast was missing many things at 8am, checking in took over 45min.

Comfortable but needed better maintenance

Location

The room was not finished being cleaned. We found soap and shampoo from previous guest still in shower. The stool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for awhile. The master cleaning room key was left in room. There were spots by door where an animal had urinated and no attempt had been made to clean those up. If going to allow pets which I am ok with but need to clean any mess completely.

Economical hotel but with bare minimum.

The sheets and bed were clean. Bathroom was also clean . The value was good.

I was expecting exactly what we got but if I have to list the dislikes this is it. Upon checking in, the customer in front of me was also checking in. I heard the clerk tell him they had a room available for him if he was okay with some lights out in his room. He replied I guess I have to be. I checked in and I had reservations for 2 rooms, one king & one double. I had asked for rooms close together . She said that they had a double on same floor as king room but asked if we would be okay to have a t.v. with no sound? We took room on 2nd floor with a working TV. Room had 4 big blackish stains in carpet. The bathroom only had 2 towels. There were 3 adults in room. We asked for 1 towel and they said they didn't have any towels. I checked again around 9 in the morning to see if towels were available. The answer was no towels available. The hotel needs to buy more towels , replace bulbs that are out & repair or replace non working tvs.

Good hotel for the value and pet friendly!

Room was fine.

They didn't have enough towels,washclothes,etc. If they took the used ones from your room you had to wait for them to do laundry before you would get fresh clean ones. Also why do the pet friendly rooms have carpet everywhere? Would make more sense to have laminate flooring.

Good

I like how the location was close enough to hays which helped a lot with traveling for graduation.

I had booked a queen room with two queen beds and that was not what I received. This room was for a family with two kids and a baby and they had to share one bed and had to call for a cot. I was not offered a refund or some type of negotiation for not recovering what I paid for.

Great price and location

Awesome pricing, perfect location right outside of Hayes, across the street from loves truck stop for easy re-fueling in the morning, large rooms, clean sheets

Loves truck stop parking lot is right next to the hotel. There is a steady rumble from idleing trucks while the truckers sleep. It didn't bother me but a light sleeper might not enjoy

Very good

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Easy access,close to highway.

Our room was right next to semi truck parking area which made it hard to sleep with trucks pulling in and out and diesel engine noise most of the night.

good location, comfortable bed, large room

our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, the carpet was stained, and blanket was rough. breakfast was sparse.

If the heat would have been not locked at 66 it would have been fantastic

it was clean and comfortable

the heat would not go above 66. I was out in the cold all day and needed heat. That made for a miserable night.

No healthy food options, bathroom pipes banged/made noise all night, no microwave in room.

Location - easy access from Highway.

front desk associate was obviously lonely & looking for someone with whom to drink/party. Bathroom plumbing made a knocking/banging sound all night. No healthy food options past 7P. Only food option was A&W fast food service.
