The staff, especially the front desk and shuttle drivers were excellent; friendly and helpful. On the day we couldn’t get breakfast in time for our pickup (see below) the driver swiftly took us into town and got us back in time. The shuttle into town was really useful. We liked the complimentary s’mores and the nearness to the lake. We had a garden view room but could still see a bit of the lake. We also appreciated the bottle of bubbly on arrival for our anniversary.
Housekeeping was hit and miss one day they didn’t wash glasses and cups, another day they didn’t make the bed. Both were fixed quickly though, when we reported them to reception. Also, we went down to breakfast on the first morning to be told if we didn’t have a reservation it would be a 45 min wait. Never had that in a hotel before. We mentioned this to the manager and really felt he took our feedback on board.

Our room was awesome. It faced the lake and I could hear the waves crashing against the shore. The room was decorated very nicely. The bathroom had a huge shower; included a rain shower, and a whirlpool! It had 2 sinks and was top notch

Location across from private beach with wonderful Lake Tahoe views. Great restaurant right on premises. Breakfast could have been better, would have liked food available for cocktail hour, but dinner was extraordinary!
See above. Also lower cost for parking.

Beautiful location
$30 a day parking charge which they don’t disclose when you book or when you arrive and they offer you a parking pass. You find out when checking out.
