Comfortable bed. Old fashioned wooden furniture. View of Mono Lake. Easy parking. Liked the Basin Cafe on site. Walking access to local grocery and restaurant.
No overhead light in room. Small, inadequate lamps. No hold bars in shower/tub. Very small TV - useless to us. We used our laptop for TV.

Good location in the interesting little town of Lee Vining and a good recovery spot from camping in Yosemite. Having 2 sinks in the room was great.
The room we were given had little natural light since the one window was partially shadowed by a wall. Plus, while there were a number of lamps in the room, the bulbs were very low wattage such that we bought in a lamp from the van in order to read in bed.

The location is great for the Yosemite Park.
There are a few restaurants but the one linked to the hotel was closed on a Tuesday???
One other in this small town friendlies was open but only until 8pm.
The rooms are basic and dingy with very tired furnishings. no glassware and a request for a couple of wine glasses form reception was met with astonishment??
Attitude from the reception staff was polite but i the take it or leave it bracket.
Prices were high for what was on offer and which did not include breakfast.
Rooms are only serviced once in three days unless you specifically request it so the impression is revenue first customer second.
My overall impression was that it is a place where the owners are taking the profits but not reinvesting .
