Avoid at all cost - Bait and Switch for rooms, indifferent customer service. Poor value.

Nice location with mountain and lake view, but .... what the resorts gives you could be different than what is advertised. Bait and switch and finger pointing

Check-in was friendly and efficient, but when we got to our room, instead of a queen size bed, it was two Murphy beds in a tiny room. They did not fill the ice cube trays in the fridge up, and there was no place to get ice other than a gas station a few miles away. The Internet didn't work until I troubled shot that the router was unplugged. We called the customer service number to ask about getting the wrong room, and they blamed Booking.com for false advertising. They offered to move up to a smaller room with a queen size bed. They were indifferent to our situation.

Pleasant

Room was freezing cold first night until i got heat on second day after tripping the breaker to get it going. Room also had a distinct smell.

It was a learning experience.

The condo we stayed in had board games.

The lack of information provided. Some staff not very helpful and difficult to understand. The website picture of the property we were renting was misleading.

It was worth its money value my friends and I loved the place !

I loved how spacious the property was , cleanliness and how it accommodated for skier’s and snowboarders property .

Nice place close to the slopes. Good space for larger groups or families.

We loved the loft and fireplace. There was enough space for my family to spread out.

The beds were uncomfortable and the heat worked sporadically. It was either 90° in the condo and stifling or freezing cold. There was mold in the bathrooms.

Overall wonderful stay in a great location!

I booked two rooms here. Both were great, especially the 3 bedroom unit, and the location was amazing. The staff were polite, respectful, and accommodating. A few minor issues, but a great experience overall.

The bed in my unit was a bit uncomfortable and the fact that only one car was allowed in the garage for the 3-bedroom unit made things a bit difficult logistically.

The Check in is on the other side of the road While the navigation send you direct to the apartments. Not clear where to go on arrival.

The room and location were awesome! Loved the view of the lake and surrounding mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back again.

Frustrating check-in but exceptional view

The check-in process was not what I expected. Did not receive any email or text providing details on where the check-in location is. Spent 30 minutes looking for where to check in. Once the information was provided, the gentleman at the counter could not provide me the proper directions to where my lodge was located. It was already late in the evening and the lack of directions just made it later. Once the lodge was located, the room number was another challenge. The room was 1490 which most people would assume that the room was located on the first floor but it wasn't and there weren't instructions letting me know that my room was on the second floor. Other than that, the room had a spectacular view, the kitchen, living room and bedroom exceeded expectations.

The check-in process described above. Better instructions would be greatly appreciated by out of town visitors. The staff should be well versed with providing instructions on the location of the lodge and provide better detailed information on what floor the room is located.

Not our finest experience here

I will say that we normally love staying here though and we did finally make it to the pool where there were some very sweet ladies who were kind as can be to us during our visit.

I normally have exceptional stays here but the internet wasn't working this time, I did not receive a packet explaining how to reserve pool time and had to call the office multiple times to get the staff member on-site late at night to give me the web address. He gave it to me wrong, which delayed things further, he became very annoyed with my calls and was rude to me even though it was his fault I had to call back. The room was smaller than normal and outdated. It ran out of hot water so I was having to heat water on the stove top to warm my son's bath up, pretty bad.
