It is a seedy hostel with dirty bathrooms, rundown rooms with minimal amenities. This is a good hostel for people with little money. The only saving grace is that it is in nicer neighborhood. But everything about the hostel is third-rate. I couldn’t wait to check out as soon as possible.

The location was excellent, the price is definitely what drew me in, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Free breakfast is provided every morning, which is a major perk.
The place is not clean. There was dirt and garbage all over the dorm floor, and it didn't look like anyone had swept under the beds in several months.
My bed wasn't made when I arrived, even though it was after check-in time.
Half the lights in my dorm didn't work, some of the doors looked like they were barely hanging in their frames, bathroom stalls only have curtains to close them, and showers are all in a row, prison-style, with no dividers.
Overall, the place needs repairs and regular upkeep.

The location was cleaned daily and the staff was nice. I stayed for a week and it was great having access to a kitchen to cook.
Would like more room options. And the bed was a bit old, but still had good sleep on it.

The staff was friendly and helpful.
The kitchen could use more mugs and bowls and metal cutlery (=there was only plastic cutlery, which isn't very sustainable).

The location is 10min on foot to the city centre. And the free breakfast, made by the guest, was really ok.
The building itself is really a mess. There is no other word. But unfortunately this was my impression. When I came to the combined shower and toilets, one of them was stuck, no further comment about the content I had to see. The sink was stucked as well. In my room nr. 8 were 2 small refrigerators, in one there was a bottle releasing a hell of a infernal smell. Obviously the house keeping did not notice the bottle since weeks. The inside was rotten, with awful stains in both refrigerators. In my bed was no linen between blanket and body. I cannot recommend this hostel to anybody. And 33 Dollars for a night is far beyond reality. Thumb down 👎👎

The staff are friendly. The location is terrific - blocks from downtown, just off the main roads, quiet. Parking was off road, with roadside as overflow.
As published; arriving after 10:30pm you'll be on a couch or sofa/love seat in the TV room where other residents will walk as they come in. No privacy. The facilities are dilapidated and dirty, machinery (water fountain, soda dispenser) broken. The furniture is cast off, covered with a blanket. The bathrooms were adequate in cleanliness and size, but only 1 per room group (perhaps 8 or more guests). My room was dirty, with trash laying about on dresser and floor. I got a broom and dust pan and cleaned the floor and took out the trash myself. It would be advisable to bring a sheet envelope and pillow case.

Basically nothing.
This is not a hostel: it's a halfway house. No hostel offers horrific service and disgusting facilities like this.
The staff was rude and invasive. The property was far away from the city center and had not been cleaned in weeks.

I like the location, price, and proximity to downtown and restaurants in the avenues.

The location is perfect - just 10 minutes from Temple Sq and it's in a lovely neighbourhood. There's a grocery store a few blocks away which is very convenient. The beds were comfy.
It wasn't clean at all. The kitchen was nice and it felt homely, but there was barely any crockery or utensils to use. Free breakfast was fine if you could find something to put your food in. The staff were very nice to guests, but you can hear them shouting at each other (v thin walls) which gives it a kind of hostile environment...

The staff was about the only thing pleasant at this hostel.
Absolutely filthy place, didn’t want to sit on couches or the bed. Showers were gross, trash everywhere outside. Smelled very bad in places inside there. Felt like more of a halfway house than a hostel!

Location was central.
This hostel has gone downhill significantly. It is dirty. A window was missing in my room. Homeless people are now living there. Unfortunately the hostel stopped serving breakfast.

The best thing the place has going for it is the location. Hard to find the silver lining with the experience I had
Co workers yelling threats at one another the first day which you could hear vividly though the thin walls. Had personal belongings get stolen the second day and had to argue with the front desk guy to check in my guest even though I had already checked in and mentioned we would be getting in late.
