I like the renovated room size and sink everything.

The view, the front office staff, and the very nice rooms they provided!
The noise while construction was going on and the crazy loud people all over the hotel. Also there was a bug we found that we killed.

The location
Staff not helpful. Toilet didn't flush and no one came to plunger it. Hot tub and pool were full of mattresses. Breakfast was a big joke. Filthy rooms. I requested a wake up call and they said they would, but no wake up call

Breakfast was bad, brown bag with packaged danish, granola bar and juice box, yikes
Bathtub was old with warn grout, water boxes was no longer attached to the wall, looked like they were using what ever they had for soap, shampoo, and conditioner

Good location, the price was what caught my attention. The bedding appeared to be clean.
The upkeep could be better. The room looked rundown. Mold around the bathtub where it meets the wall. Carpet old

It was a decent price
How do I start well 3 out of the 6 lights didn't work on booking.com it showed pictures of a regular Contental breakfast so false advertising so I got a to go bag with muffins granola bar and a juice very lack luster and the bed was super uncomfortable just not impressed.

It was a room and bed. And the staff was friendly and very helpful.
I found evidence of the previous tenant in the room. Also they advertised the pool but the pool was full of mattresses and lampshades.
Also the images for the place shows a restaurant and there is none.

Location
There was an homeless person in the hall drunk when we arrived. The room was never cleaned , bed changed or towels changed.

Nothing
My husband and I booked a room with y’all on our road trip in advance and when we arrived the check in process was fine, however, our room was not. The key card hardly worked on the door, the television and the lights were left on like someone had just left, and we had no comforter.
I am 7 months pregnant and did not feel comfortable staying in that room, let alone in the area the hotel was in. We were actually questioning the area the hotel was in compared to the online photos. It definitely did not match what we saw online.
We ended up having to drive another 30 minutes and book another hotel after driving all day.
I checked my bank account as the receptionist had mentioned a possible refund. But I actually came to find two charges from this hotel, one for $50 and one for $77.24.
I would like both charges to be refunded please. We did not even spend more than a few minutes in the hotel room and checked out within 15 minutes of our arrival.

Location was close to everywhere
Cleaning was not good
5.0
Near freeway and near EV charging station
Carpet was dirty, shower faucet was broken, sink was dirty and some stains on the linen. Needs a lot of upgrade. At least deep clean the carpet and replace all stained sheets to new ones if you have no budget in renovating the whole Ramada. And the ice machine on the first floor is not working.

This hotel provided us a basic room for the night in a good location, near to the places we needed to go (such as the Natural History Museum). It was safe enough. The price was right.
The room smelled like smoke residue, even though we asked for a non-smoking room. Parts of the bathroom were in some disrepair (though everything worked). The breakfast was packaged sweets with preservatives, so that could definitely have been better. There was no tea or hot water available. Only coffee.

dirty room, pool closed, hair in sheets, some lights did not work, stains all over carpets, holes in wall

There was absolutely nothing good about this motel
The little gal at the front desk was rude. The rooms were dirty, and smelled like pee, there were big burns and holes in the carpet. Holes in the walls, we had dirty towels to start with. I found a used bloody bandage stuck the the blanket. When I complained to the front desk all they said was "oh ok. If you have an issue call booking.com since that's who you booked through "
Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

The guy at the front desk was very polite. I had a suite with a hot tub. It had kitchenette with living room and fold out sofa. Pretty nice room for the price. Easy to find right off the interstate.
I was told to fill the hot tub and run the jets to clean them out because people don't rent that room often. Air conditioning was not great but was not completely terrible either.

Absolutely nothing!
Front desk clerk needs help with customer service; not even a thank you.
Room was old and dated with holes in the wall. Lighting wasn't working. Dirty vents. Carpet was dirty, stinky and had numerous holes. Bed head board was wrapped in old brown furry fabric. Everything was gross! Not worth the price or my future business.

The front desk attendant at night was kind of rude. And what they were trying to pass off as their free breakfast was a joke.

Bathroom, shower walls needs cleaned and carpet needed a good vacuuming.

Check in clerk was very friendly lady
Would like to see some designated extended parking places for trucks with trailers

Easy access to everything I needed.
The quality wasn’t as nice compared to other Ramada’s I’ve stayed at but it was worth it given the cost.
