5th year doing long term rental. By far the best, possibly because you deal directly with the owners. Communication with Abbey and Petra was great. The house is nice, it is on good location, it was clean, but some minor improvements would be nice to have such as mattress, oven, refrigerator, dryer and washer could be updated. Overall the house is nice and I recommend.

Check in was easy. House was spacious. Furniture was outdated. The BEST part of the house was the game room. There were roaches in the house. Any food we opened we had to place in the refrigerator for fear of roaches getting in the food. Two of the tvs didn’t work (bedrooms with the twin beds/bunk beds). Enjoyed my stay because I was with my family. I can’t recommend staying in this house because of the roaches.

The home was very clean and had a lot of. Room for everyone. Did have a problem with infestation of nats in the pool. Two different days we could not swim because of the nats. Kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans and dishes. Definitely could use a few more towels. The bunk beds need to be replaced as there was a board off of them and a sharp nail sticking out. Also we had to lift my grandson in and out of bed on top bunk as the ladder was not attached to the bed. The bunk bed and the twin bed rooms were very hot. The a/c did not seem to get into those two rooms. Overall it was a nice property and priced very fair. Also Abbey was great and was very prompt with any of my questions. The location was great and center to all parks and attractions. Overall we had a relaxing and great time.

The property is really nice and generally as described. The owners/management were easy to deal with. The location is in a nice gated community with security. Everything was great, I just wish I had considered the location better as it was a long way from where we wanted to be most of the time and 192 is not a fast road.

I never write reviews, but I have to say this was a great place! The property was wonderful and clean. A nice quiet neighborhood. Communication with owners was quick and helpful. I would definitely rent again!

I can not say enough about this house! The pictures don't do it justice. First off, it is HUGE. It is well decorated and stocked with everything you need for your stay. Communication with the owner couldn't be better. I'm not a fan of the Kissimmee/Orlando area, but staying here made it bearable. Don't pass this place up!

I honestly was skeptical on booking this home because the picture just didn't look right to me but I can honestly say the home was beautiful and REALLY spacious. It was very clean and we had 6 children ages 5-12 with us and they have there own area in the home. The beds are really comfortable, soon as you lay down you are going right to sleep with no problems. The owner of the home responded to all my messages and the management company also responds right away. One morning we woke up and the power went out and we was unsure why so I contacted the owner and he responded right away and told me to just contact the management company who called me back in less than 5 mins and they let me know it was a power outage in the area and gave me the time of when the power would be back on. The neighborhood was very quiet, when we did see people in the area they were very polite. I recommend this home and when we come back I will definitely book again. Thank you Mr. Abbey for everything.

Property is as advertised with the exception of the pool table in the garage (game room). The pool table looks nice in the photos but is a total wreck. It is so over the hill as to be unusable. The game room was the deciding factor for me to choose this property over the other choices available. My grandsons were disappointed. I recommend you junk the pool table and replace it something else.

This was my first time using VRBO. The property was above my expectations. It was nicely decorated and clean. It was very comfortable and welcoming. I would definitely rent this location again in the future.

as with past reviews furniture old and worn dishwasher was not working and paid for pool heating well 1st 2 days wasnt working then next 2 they said it was too cold and then had someone come over and turn it on just very poor customer service talked to owner but sorta blew me off wasnt looking for whole pool heat price back but a few days would have been nice nice place but needs work and updating

The house was nice but there were several things that needs to be fixed, on 4 chairs at the dining room table, broken chair out by the pool. We had issues with the TV in all rooms as the remotes were not in the right rooms, we called the manager for help to give the TV he didn’t seem to want to help us figure out why they wouldn’t work. The umbrella by the pool was torn and worn.

The owners were very quick to respond with any questions we had. The location is perfect for traveling to either coast and really close to Disney parks. Neighborhood houses are really packed in but we still felt privacy.

The property was clean and there was enough space for everyone to move around freely. Check in and access was simple. The location was perfect for what we were there for. The kids enjoyed the pool although it took 2 days to warm up to a comfortable temperature and the heater wasn't turned on til Monday. So we went three days without the pool. My only issue was the sitting furniture. It wasn't very clean but nonetheless we enjoyed our stay and would probably book there again. Oh, the communication with owner was excellent. Quick responses from booking to check out.

The house was really nice and very spacious. However I would recommend that the owner consider upgrading the furniture in the family room and the master bedroom. Overall the house was nice.

This is the third time we've rented this house. It is extremely conveniently located for anyone who wants to stay off Disney property. You can drive to any of the parks in 20 minutes. It has always been exceptionally clean and a nice place to come back to relax after a long day at Disney. The owner is very nice and will get back to you with any questions you have quickly. I highly recommend this place. We will be returning for our next trip.

Renting was easy..only had a problem with check in. I never received all the check in info before visit but was handled upon arrival. House clean. Good location. Bring your own washcloths & towels. Overall nice place would stay here again.

(let’s just say the pictures online looks way better than what they have in that location) The house is not child friendly (proof) AT ALLL my 2 years old easily open the front door and exited property with ease. We had to use one of the couches to secure the door at night. The sliding door for the pool area was constantly getting stuck because of the collected debris around the tracks. Also the dinning room table was randomly missing a chair. The pool table also has a pocket that is ripped so that made playing harder. The 2 things the home has going for it is the enclosed pool area and the tile throughout the home. If the above things are corrected this place will be close to perfect but currently it is not there. The reason for 2 stars is mainly that there is a room tailored to kids but the front door has no added security features to prevent children from being able to open the door. This is a major concern.

There was so much room!! The pool, the rooms, the entire house was so clean and smelled nice! Beds were all comfy too!

My family and I stayed here for a few days. We enjoyed the space and private pool immensely! Our only complaint would be that the property needs a few things fixed (the door to the pool would stick, the curtains on the same door need replaced, the pots provided need replaced). Honestly, other than a few superficial things, this place was really nice and we enjoyed our stay!
