Location.
Breakfast was pricy for what the options were. Screwed up my card payment and had to deal with that for weeks after our stay.

Good downtown location, comfortable bed, friendly staff
I feel like these hotel rooms were designed by someone who has never stayed in a hotel. The bathroom doors are translucent glass barn doors, so you have very little privacy. You can’t turn on the bathroom lights without turning on the room lights so you’ll wake everyone up if you use the bathroom at night. There was only one towel hook in the bathroom with no other place to hang a towel. Strange design!
