Un grato descubrimiento en Orlando

Las instalaciones impecables, el personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar a los huéspedes y una excelente relación precio -calidad. Definitivamente volvería.

El gym está bastante bien pero podría estar un poco más completo. La estación de waffles a veces se colapsaba en el desayuno, podría ser más grande. De cualquier manera, fue una excelente experiencia.

The size of the room was great! Very spacious and comfortable. The location was great with a view of Sea World!

Wish the pillows didn't sink in soon as you touch them. Lol

Excelente hotel familiar

É a segunda vez que fico nesse hotel e acho ele muito completo! É perfeito para hospedagem familiar e muito confortável também! A localização é excelente para quem pretende ir ao parque Sea World. Os colabores do hotel são solícitos e educados.

Estacionamento é cobrado à parte e considero o valor exorbitante (24 dólares a diária). Contudo, existem outras opções no entorno do hotel, inclusive uma farmácia, que tem estacionamento gratuito e o hotel ao lado que cobra apenas 10 dólares.

Breakfast was great. Room clean, plenty of space. Kitchenette was great

$25 a day to park at a hotel? I paid $30 a day at Universal Studios. You need to reconsider that parking price. It should be $10 a day not $25. Disappointing

Nice hotel however not very accomodating when issues arrive

Location is close to Seaworld and that was the reason for my family and I choosing this hotel, within walking distance. Room was very clean as it has been in the past.

Chose the same type of room as the previous stay, checked in and once we walked into the room assigned it was different and had an adjoining door, not something we want to have when kids are with us in the room. Was able to get another room about an hour later however the second night we arrived back to the hotel only to find out the AC had gone out, being at a park all day and then coming back to an 80 degree room is not fun, did not offer to move us but rather had us wait while they installed a new unit, probably an hour or so.

I would give 3 out of 5 score on my stay.

Room is big and clean. A big convenience store is next to the hotel.

The light in the 2 single beds bedroom is broken. We asked the hotel to fix it on the first day of our 7 days stay. But it was never fixed. Also, the air conditioning is very noisy in the master bedroom. The buffet breakfast has little variety.

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Eye Candy employees at the service desk.

Very convenient location, close to Disney. Very friendly staff, very helpful, housekeeping was amazing. Pool was nice. Room was spacious and cozy, we had the 2 room queen suite and it was perfect for our 7 day stay.

Breakfast was included but it wasn’t that good, not a variety of choices and what was available didn’t taste very well to me. Also, I read a previous review about someone coming around trying to market while your attempting to enjoy your breakfast with your family. Well that also happen to me not once but twice, very annoying trying to sell you something while trying to enjoy breakfast just starting your morning.

Our stay was enjoyable. We were impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and the staff's helpfulness.

The hotel was extremely clean. Our room was spacious and quite adequate for all seven of us. We liked the fact that each bedroom and the living room had its own temperature control. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and answered or addressed all of our concerns.

The wifi connection was a bit spotty throughout the hotel.

I like the breakfast. They had some good stuff to eat. It was perfect. I like how they serve different things everyday. The room was nice and very spacious for all of us .

Location of the hotel, cleanliness, breakfast was sufficient and varieties were there. Tea/coffee was available 24x7.

The final amount taken by the hotel was more than what I was supposed to pay. I was told they are taking security deposit at 10 USD per day which will be automatically refunded to my account within 3 working days and now its 2 weeks. In the bill the exchange rate mentioned is much more than the current exchange rate. Tried to contact the hotel through email, but the emails are bouncing back and not getting delivered.

ABSOLUTELY HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

The rooms were perfect for guest with more than 5people. Very clean and spacious.

The breakfast was just ok. The hash browns were stale and the hot food dishes were not the greatest the only thing really popular was the waffles.

Beds were very comfortable, room was perfectly laid out, breakfast was great, housekeeping was outstanding.

Could have enjoyed the view but the window was very dirty. Only one elevator was in service and had to wait more than 10 minutes to get on and then it was extremely crowded because no one wanted to wait for it to come back again. The hallways were extremely hot which made it very uncomfortable to have to stand and wait for the elevator.

Great hotels, friendly staff, nice swimming pool.

The stove was not working properly. I ask for the maintenance guy to come and fix. He never showed up. We had to adjust to using it regardless its malfunction

Exceptional

The hot breakfast provided by the hotel was great. We felt the hotel was centrally located to all the big Orlando attractions we were interested in. Everything was within a 10- 15 minutes drive. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Someone serviced our room every day except one. We also enjoyed using the pool almost every day we were there.

There was only one day that someone didn't come to service our room. And when you're making meals in the kitchenette, those tiny garbage cans they need to be emptied every day. That is really the only issue we had.
