Location and charm.

The breakfast was ok. Nothing exceptional. I personally don’t like sausage so I didn’t eat the eggs. The pancakes were a little tough. The breakfast room was large enough to fit the people there.
The room smelled like sewage when we first got there. We had to run water in the tub and sink and stuff the washcloths in them to cut the smell. The shower water was hard to regulate. It was either hot or cold and changed for no reason. The heat and air was always too hot.

really neat old hotel vibe - but is dated.
HVAC is a little dated as well as bathrooms. My tub belched rusty water when I first turned on the spigot.
