The property is very well maintained. The apartments are individually owned and the one we rented was outstanding. Such a nice place to sit with our coffee and watch the activity on the canal.
It was about a 40 minute walk to a grocery store and we ended up walking a lot but that was ok as it gave us exercise.
The beach was about a 10 minute walk but there aren’t public restrooms at the beach as far as we could find.

The location was great. The room was beautiful. You can't beat the water view from the room. The additional outdoor furniture was wonderful.
My complaint is the second room was a closet with no ac or working fan. Also, the towels were substandard.
