This room and property was perfect for our family visiting Branson. There was enough space for our family of six to be comfortable. With two bathrooms and a full kitchen, we felt right at home. There were a number of activities for our children to participate in, and the property was close to everything we wanted to do without being in an area that was too busy or congested.

The Marriott property was immaculate! So clean and smelled so fresh! Stocked with everything we needed. And the amenities were awesome! Several pools and hot tubs and game room and workout room and mini-store with snacks and necessities. The staff was amazing and so helpful. Room was quiet and we slept peacefully. We could not have asked for a better vacation stay.

We booked two bedrooms, one with two queens, one with one king, but when we arrived, we realized we did not receive that. I spoke to the resort who told me that the booking was for two kings, two queen sleeper sofas. When I reached out to the host, I was told that my booking was no longer available. Instead of reaching out to me, I was charged for a room set up that did not work for our group. We had to make major changes and ended up having to make purchases to fit our family comfortably. My husband ended up on a sleeper sofa in the main living area, which meant the two of us who wake up early to drink coffee could not do so without waking him up. We also had to put the bed away each morning so that we could use the main living area. Not a very relaxing way to begin and end each day of what was supposed to be a fun getaway. I was not expecting any sort of reimbursement, but an “I’m so sorry for this huge inconvenience” would have been nice. We were offered 12 25 gift certificates to be given monthly throughout the year, but in order to receive them, we had to pay a fee. We live in a very small town with no major chain restaurants, so the odds of us finding a place to use the gift cards is slim. I tried to find a list but couldn’t. I did not look long, though, so it may be easy to find and I just missed it. The resort itself was wonderful. Clean, friendly, and so helpful! I would stay there again, but not with these hosts.
