Clean, orderly, efficient, decent breakfast.
Staff was not overly friendly throughout as compared to other hotels during our stay.
Likewise, breakfast staff in the morning was definitely a little curt with several guests...sort of chastised a few people who made specific requests. In any event, it was a small PITA when I asked for a refill on a coffee and was informed that breakfast was closed (true...by about a minute) and that in any event a third coffee would cost 4.50 euros. This despite me being the only one in a party of three who had ordered any beverages at all... my two travel companions at breakfast with me ordered nothing. I just smiled and said "no problem at all", but I make specific mention of this because sometimes while travelling, you just want a seamless experience with the small things going smoothly while fatigued and away from the creature comforts of home. I don't know...maybe it was just a bad morning...but worth noting for others. I wouldn't rebook here, by way of example.

The room was nice. We had a corner unit so it had a balcony door and very tiny balcony. It didn't face the street so we didn't hear the noise as much as our friends who did face the street.
The toilets flushed really weird and seemed to waste a lot of water.

Location
The room had no fan or ac though it was not mentioned in amenities but that's the basic thing you need in summer. The bathroom had insects which felt irritating.
