Best location if you like shopping. The night market is just in front of it.

The experience was fantastic from beginning to end. The staff were really friendly, with a fruit bowl delivered to our room and free access to the @thestudio on 20th floor, for tea. The views were obviously astonishing, and the breakfast choice was vast.

Отель: не плохой, но и хорошим не назовешь. Основной плюс - вид с 84 этажа и хорошие завтраки. Расположение хорошее: рядом станция метро и большой торговый квартал. Если любите рынки и незатейливый шоппинг, это место для вас. Также рядом ряд индийских кафе (никогда, никогда не верьте индусу, который говорит "It's not spicy" и просто игнорируйте кафе, если не любите есть острый перец огромными ложками).

Отель: номер - улучшенный люкс - средний, немного ретроградный уже. Кровать для такого отеля неудобная. Никакая вам не аскона - плоский пружинный матрас. Бассейн в основной зоне размещения... Если вы видели плохие бассейны в Паттайе, можете полюбопытствовать издали, если видели хорошие - на этот не стоит даже смотреть, не то, что окунаться и бежать потом в душ отмывать хлорку. Персонал: испортил настроение. Изначально на Букинге был заказан высокий этаж, но то ли Букинг так разводит, то ли что-то не сложилось в системе - получился этаж не высокий, но номер - улучшенный люкс (трижды не нужный) за большую плату. При этом русскоязычная гид не сказала дежурное "Мне жаль, что так получилось" и не улыбнулась. Она не предложила: "Мы можем поискать варианты, чтобы вас всё устроило" (хотя бы для вида). Вместо этого она сказала: "Идите и разбирайтесь с Букингом, я же не буду это делать за вас". В общем, в лучших традициях совка. Такое поведение менеджера - моветон, не больше и не меньше. Доставка до ближайшей станции метро (метров 250, но с чемоданами не легко) - задекларирована бесплатная, но работает строго по часам, и никак не подстраивается под клиентов! То есть нет никакой клиентоориентированности.

Despite the high potential of the city view, being the tallest building in Bangkok, the room and rooftop windows are pretty much dirty, so together with the natural haze of the city, it's difficult to enjoy the panorama. Such a pity, as it was the first reason for me to choose such a hotel. Also, rooms furnitures are getting dated, needs an update, plus old carpet removal suggested. Dinner restaurant doesn't give options for vegetarians. Continental breakfast is mainly asian focused, few options for europeans, and poor fruit options.

Lobby is too crowded and noisy. Staffs are not friendly and are there just to get salary end of the month . No good service at all . Not going to recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family

I liked the location of the hotel and the breakfast was on a good quality level. Bar is also nice.

The elevators were fairly confusing. I would just appreciate a set of stairs to just get where I need to. Lines for elevators where tourists had access were annoying. It also doesn't make much of a difference to take a room in one zone or the other. The room had 1 window and that window had this net on it efficiently ruining any photos you may want to take in the room.

Room was big and hotel is in a good location. Had alot of different types of room service.

Was extremely old, and not well cleaned at all. Stains were on the carpets, and some were on the walls. I personally wouldn't stay again due to cleanliness.

The view is incredible, but the windows were dirty, which was a shame. Plentiful breakfast, massive selection, which was lust as well, because there were loads of people eating.

the multiple elevators was a little painful, especially in the evening when there were loads on non-residents queuing to go to the 84th floor viewing platform and bars.

The Baiyoke Sky Hotel is my absolute favourite hotel in Bangkok: its location is just great - basically right next to the airport link station No. 7 which gets you to the BKK airport in 30 minutes (40 Baht). You can also easily walk to the next sky train station (Paya Thai) which is very convenient (or take the airport link there for one station). The views from my great room and in particular when having breakfast about 300m up in the air are simply breathtaking. The same holds true for staff: my check-in with Supansa was excellent, fast and perfectly pleasant: she has an amazing memory for guests and their personal preferences. If you had any questions or needed any help with anything they also have a truly brilliant customer relations manager, Zoya from Russia, who professionally sorted things out for me in absolutely no time with an unforgettable elegance in perfect English.

There is nothing which I did not like. The great pool and gym on the 20th floor could be opened longer in the evenings for me personally but I have seen that hardly any other guests seem to have a similar need.

First , The room was amazing as I book Space Zone although not the floor between 70 to 74 , but I also happy as room size quite huge. Bathroom got bathtub which can enjoy easily. Moreover, The location was easily found and easy for grocery also as night market at below the building. The Hotel also provide double pillow for different type of people to sleep. All necessary equipment also have inside the room and safety is protected as it need to have access card to enter the floor. Lastly , The Breakfast was awesome and can choose between 78 and 81 which indoor or outdoor also can. Worth the price for this round which you can enjoy the 360 degree on top floor.

First , The TV is maybe one of the weakness you have as the size of TV may small but it resolution not clear and watch movie may due to Wi-Fi limit unable easily finish watch. Second , The Shuttle to MRT station full timing information not clear and hardly to suit the timing as we went out early. Lastly, Lack of introduction for the Gym and Swimming Pool facility in the lift and Lobby floor. This cause we missed the chance to enjoy the facility if we don't discover by our own.
