This is a small, beautiful 55-square-meter apartment located on the fifth floor of a stately building. In addition to offering a beautiful view, it features a modern elevator, a lovely garden, and a spacious communal parking lot secured by a radio-controlled gate. and, for those who need it, a spacious garage. The apartment has been recently renovated and is equipped with all the amenities guests could need. It is located in a strategic part of the city in the Borgo Panigale district, 5 km from the historic center, which is easily accessible by public transportation. Nearby, you’ll find bars, bakeries, pizzerias, excellent restaurants, shops, and hypermarkets; and a little further away, just 1 km away, is the famous DUCATI factory with its museum and guided tours. The airport is just 4 km away and easily accessible by bus 54, which stops right in front of the house. The central station is also easily accessible with just one stop on the suburban line. For those arriving by car, we are close to all highway interchanges and highway loops. You can even easily reach the FAIR by car using the highway loop; otherwise, take one stop on the suburban train to the central station, and from there, several bus lines are available. For those coming to Bologna for medical reasons, the MAGGIORE Hospital is just 2 km away toward the historic center.
The very bright apartment consists of a large living room with a kitchen area, a double bedroom, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom.
The living room features a comfortable sofa bed for two people, curtains on the two large windows, a TV, Wi-Fi, a radio, and a DVD player. The kitchen area has everything you need: an electric oven, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, a table with four linen chairs, etc.
The bedroom features hardwood floors, a curtain for the large window, a double bed with a goose-down comforter, a 32-inch wall-mounted TV, and a built-in closet; a travel crib can be added upon request.
In the walk-in closet, there is another built-in wardrobe, an iron, and an ironing board.
The bathroom includes bath linens, a hair dryer, a clothesline, and a washing machine.
Thanks to its geographical location, Bologna is an ideal starting point for visiting all the cities of great historical and cultural interest in northern and central Italy, such as Florence, Rome, Venice, Milan, Verona, Parma, Ferrara, Ravenna, etc.

PLEASE NOTE: As of September 1, 2012, if you are staying in Bologna in a rental property and are not a resident of the municipality, you must pay the tourist tax (Legislative Decree 23/2011).
