Situated in Ljubljana, this attractive condo for $205 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Central apartment in antique house My apartment is full of personal touch since we live here with my kid 10 month/y. So - it's perfect for a family but also for couples that want to explore Ljubljana as one would live here. It's in the real center of Ljubljana in a house buitl 1897, it has 3,30m high ceiling in antique style - few hundred meters to Triple bridge, Castle funicular, museums, galleries, Green market, Flea market. The house is residential , 3rd floor, (no elevator), peaceful and very well kept with all equipment for a restful holiday home. It has a romantic open fire, beautiful view to the town’s green area - perfect for a family. Description: This is a 1 bedroom apartment, fully equipped with new kitchen with dish washer, big dining table, Ceramic Cook top, oven, microwave… In the living room there is a sofa, a fire place and all technical devices as cable TV, In the bathroom there is shower cabin, a washing machine, hair dryer. Apartment offers a wireless modem. In the courtyard there is an own parking place (upon demand). The apartment is in residential and therefore no parties are allowed. Thanks for understanding it. Check in hour is 3 p.m., check out 10 a.m. for cleaning reasons. Area around: In the very heart of old Roman quarter - a 1897 built and renovated house in Austrian-Hungarian style, 500m meters to Triple bridge, 800 m Castle funicular, close to museums, galleries, 600m Green market, 300 to Sundays' Flea market. Park Tivoli is 8 min walk away. Close to Cultural centre, many restaurants and cozy little cafés, and the best grocery in the city. The area is not in the party zone (that is located by the river), but just few minutes’ walk from all important cultural and social spots.The Central Slovenia region is dominated by Slovenia's capital city Ljubljana, but the surrounding area also contains many sights worth seeing. A city by the river on which the mythological Argonauts carried the Golden Fleece, a city by a moor where the crannog dwellers once lived, a city with the rich heritage of Roman Emona, a city that was once the capital of the Province of Carniola and the capital of Napoleon’s Illyrian Provinces, a city of Renaissance, Baroque, and especially Art Nouveau facades, a city that boasts the greatest exhibition of the architecture of the master Jože Plečnik—all this is Ljubljana. The capital of Slovenia is a political, cultural, scientific, educational, business, and transportation center that in its own way combines the characteristics of Slovenia’s eastern and western, northern and southern regions. This apartment is very well situated for anyone wanting to see the old town of Ljubljana. The lovey apartment was very spacious and comfortable, and is in a beautiful historic building. Communication with the host was very prompt and thorough. It was a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Ljubljana. Marusa was always available to help with any questions and the apartment was fantastic. Very close to everything in the old town. I would definitely recommend it.

Large apartment in great location
We had a great stay in Ljubljana made even better by Marusa's large and well-appointed apartment. Everything about the apartment was laid out for a comfortable stay. Our daughter loved the bunk beds and the hammock, and we made good use of the large kitchen. The apartment was only a short walk from the river with all its cafes, the central market, and the funicular up to the castle. Marusa sent us a lot of helpful information before we arrived and was very responsive. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking to stay in Ljubljana.

Centrally located family apartment
Great location near all the sights in Ljubljana. Apartment was easy to get to in our rental car and easy parking. Very comfortable for our family of 4 and we enjoyed Marusa’s gracious hospitality and touring recommendations.

Spacious Apartment, Centrally Located
The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and lives up to its name as artistically decorated. The curtains in the main bedroom are sheer, so you may need a sleep mask when the morning sun pours in.
The apartment is located right on the edge of the old town and just a couple blocks to the river but away from the crowds. It was particularly convenient to the Maxi department store, the bottom floor of which is a big grocery store with lots of prepared food at deli counters.
Marusa was very friendly, helpful and communicative via WhatsApp. She met us at the apartment to make sure my wife and I had smooth entry and to explain how everything worked. She was also constantly in communication throughout our stay, and she arranged for a taxi to pick us up when we left.
We had a wonderful time in Ljubljana and would definitely stay at Marusa's apartment again.

Our two kids loved the bunk bed setup, which provides almost the privacy of two separate rooms with the arrangement of the lower single bed and upper queen bed. The master bedroom was also comfortable and quiet.
We can also vouch for the comfort of the hammock, which all of us napped in at least once during our stay.
Marusa was great to deal with from the initial booking to our departure and provided great suggestions about what to see and where to eat when she delivered the keys to us. She even provided fresh fruit, a bottle of water, and some juice for the kids upon arrival--a lovely welcome to Slovenia.

Great apartment, great location and wonderful host
Marusa was a great host. She communicated clearly and often with me before our arrival and made everything go very smoothly. She even helped us arrange for a car to the airport. The apartment is located so central to Ljubljana that we walked everywhere and returned our rental car early. We found everything we needed in the apartment and my family enjoyed our stay very much. It was very spacious for our family of 4. My children enjoyed the hammock and the toys around the house. Everything was comfortable like home. We did not utility the kitchen at all as there was so many bakeries, cafes, and restaurants. Highly recommended.

A peaceful apatrment with a central location
This was a very centrally located apartment, which offered very peaceful accommodation to our family of 4 over 3 nights. We loved the apartment's homliness and appreciated the apartment's space and cleanliness. The owner had left soap, washing detergent, dishwash tablets etc which all made the stay a bit simpler, as well as good recommendations for places to eat. We would definitely stay again. The key transfer was apparently simple (our teenage son arrived first independently and collected key) and all communication with the owner was clear and she was very flexible. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great holidays in a fantastic appartment !
We can only recommend this very nice appartment and location. Our stay was perfect and we enjoyed every moment, inside and outside the appartment, the city of Lubljana and the country. Marusa, the owner, made us feel like home and helped us during all our holidays to discover the gems of her country. She is an "ambassador" of Slovenia and she gives the keys of her appartment like a piece of her hart. We stayed for 13 days and travelled all around Slovenia from the coast to the mountains, from the wine region to the lakes, from the caves to the castles, from the rivers to the waterfalls and from the restaurants to our comfortable room ;-). Don't hesitate if you are looking for a short or a long break, this is is the place to be ! Thank you again for everything Marusa, if we come back to Slovenia, we'll be so happy to meet you again and have a good time together. The bicycle tour with you was so funny and interesting ! It's one of the best vacation apartments our family of five has stayed in. Clean, comfortable, functional, fun. Kids loved the hammock. High ceilings a bonus. Owner's attention to detail / effort in making your stay comfortable is very evident. Amazing combo of location and parking spot. If you're fine with a third floor walk-up, then book away!

Wonderful Apartment in Ljubljana
We spent one week in Marusa's Art Aemona apartment. The apartment was immaculately clean, spacious, very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It had all the amenities and equipment one may want in a vacation apartment. It is truly a luxury apartment. Location is good as the city center is close. Also close are grocery stores (one of them inside a large department store) and restaurants. (Get your fruits and vegetables from the downtown farmers' market, best on Saturdays). BONUS FOR JOGGERS: Tivoli Park with its jogging/walking/biking paths is only a short jog away.
Marusa is a gracious and very organized host. She thoughtfully provides all the essential information, gives you good visiting tips and is ready to answer any question you may have. She was very accommodating and flexible in making the rental arrangements.
Finally, a plug for Ljubljana and Slovenia in general. Great city and country to visit. If you do, stay at Marusa's apartment.

Stop searching – this is your place to stay!
During our very short weekend break this apartment have made ourselves feel at home (even though being quite far from our real home). The place has a special charm, it is designed with taste and the variety of colours just cheer you up. It is greatly located and you can walk basically everywhere like city centre, castle or relaxing Tivoli park. The owner is a great, energetic, flexible and very responsive lady so you will like communicating with her from the first moment :)

Art Aemona exceeded our expectations
Me and my family (two adults, two kids) spent a week in Art Aemona in June 2015. It was an unforgettable week and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment, its facilities, location etc. were fantastic, and everything was as described - or even better. The owner, Marusa, was very helpful and gave us many good tips and we are grateful to her that our vacation in Ljubljana was so succesfull. Beautiful Apartment. Wonderful Host
The apartment was in a great location, artfully decorated and very comfortable. We were able to walk to all the major sites and enjoy lovely Ljubljana.
Marusa was a great host. She organised a driver to pick us up from the airport and was at the apartment to meet us. We subsequently used the driver for two day excursions and he was most accommodating and helpful. We also enjoyed meeting up with Marusa in Izola.
Would highly recommend both Marusa and her apartment to anyone planning to visit Ljubljana.

This property was fantastic!
This property was perfectly located near the center of Ljubljana - a short walk to anything we wanted to see in the city. Marusa has created wonderful, well-cared for space that was clean and lovely. Her apartment reflects her as a person - wonderful and generous. She made us feel completely at home. Her place is spacious and her beds are very comfortable. She has put extra effort into the windows of the apartment so that any street noise is blocked. I look forward to returning to this special property next year! It's a winner!
